Placed a pickup order with 3 footlongs that had many many toppings and sauces and when we got home with the food they were the lightest, saddest excuses for sandwiches ever. These sandwiches should have been busting at the seams with what we ordered on them. Toppings and sauces were missing, the sandwiches were mostly bread with an inch or two on each end of the subs dry and naked. They even forgot the bag of chips.
We ate the food anyway because we were starving and not in a position to drive back to the store due to money and gas. This is the worst Subway experience I've ever had, dating all the way back to me being a customer since 2003.
The manager denied a remake or a refund because we ate the food out of sheer desperation. This was our one take out meal of the month. We spent $32 on air and dry bread. Ridiculous.
This Subway has to be the worst one I have ever visited. At this point, the employees are making subs wrong on purpose. Every single time you place an order to go or through the drive-thru, it's wrong. Put that you want extra of something? They'll leave it off completely or barely put any on it. They'll give you the wrong cheese, won't add toppings. It's ridiculous. Look at all of the other negative reviews, and they're saying the same thing.

The last two times I’ve ordered my sandwiches have been incorrect but today takes the cake. My husband picked up my order and they gave him someone else’s order and we didn’t realize it til he got home. We take it back and get home and our order was wrong :( at that point I didn’t even want to make the 3rd trip back out or eat! I double checked to make sure the order was correct and it was just not made correctly!

This is the third time we’ve ordered online and it was so wrong my husband didn’t even want to eat it. When you call them and tell them you’d like a refund, they want you to bring in the sandwich and they’ll remake it. With how often this happens, they really need to be giving more of a rectification. They don’t even apologize. Something needs to change and fast. They’re going to go out of business and then they won’t have jobs to not care about.
Went through drive-thru the touch screen would not work. Told the lady at the window that the touch screen wasn't working. Was looked at like I was an idiot. Then it was told that I couldn't place a order there at the window. Very very rude!

Two times in a row I ordered food through the drive thru from here and most of the veggies I asked for were not added. I asked for banana peppers tomatoes onions and lettuce and all I got was banana peppers. Asked at the window if they had put the the lettuce on and they said yes. Except they hadn’t.

This subway is only guaranteed to make your sandwich right if you order in store and watch them make it. Every mobile order I have ever made has been incorrect.

Usually i have no issues with my subs but today I had a different experience that I just had to review. I ordered a subwayclub with provolone, toasted, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes,onions,green peppers, pickles, and honey mustard. I got a very different order. I got a subway club with no cheese at all, not toasted, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions, and mayo was added to it. The sandwich also seemed to be smushed or handled roughly. Idk if this is the issue of the workers or the drive thru order not being sent in correctly on their end. Either way it was not a great sandwich or experience.

Ordered through app. Had trouble with pickup
This is hands down my favorite place to eat. I can tell they have been victims of inflation like everyone else and had to downsize a few things but it is still a great restaurant with excellent food and service. The bread seems to be smaller by a little bit but like I said they are just trying to keep cost down during this rampant inflation.

Why send out coupons if you aren’t going to use them? I’ve been charged the regular price on subs because the people working there didn’t use the coupon I gave them to lower the price! Do better!!
