Usually i have no issues with my subs but today I had a different experience that I just had to review. I ordered a subwayclub with provolone, toasted, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes,onions,green peppers, pickles, and honey mustard. I got a very different order. I got a subway club with no cheese at all, not toasted, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions, and mayo was added to it. The sandwich also seemed to be smushed or handled roughly. Idk if this is the issue of the workers or the drive thru order not being sent in correctly on their end. Either way it was not a great sandwich or experience.

This is hands down my favorite place to eat. I can tell they have been victims of inflation like everyone else and had to downsize a few things but it is still a great restaurant with excellent food and service. The bread seems to be smaller by a little bit but like I said they are just trying to keep cost down during this rampant inflation.

Why send out coupons if you aren’t going to use them? I’ve been charged the regular price on subs because the people working there didn’t use the coupon I gave them to lower the price! Do better!!

If I could give 0 stars on the atmosphere I would. Me and my boyfriend came in and were hoping to be able to come in and enjoy our meal but instead we found a child with his SHOES OFF AND HIS FEET ON THE TABLE! I'm usually not against taking your kids to work, do what you have to, but when your child is putting their feet on top of tables that people eat on, there's an issue. In all honesty whoever is the parent of that child deserves to either get fired, or a rule of training their child on respect and public decency. ?

Check your hours on fire it says 10 and app says 10 but closed at 9 when I showed. Overall food was good glad I made it before cut off but others were turned away. Looks like they go till 10 through drive through add a sign to let others know

Double and triple charged on more than one occasion. Exact same amounts. Called in to report it and instead of checking on it she demanded my bank records. That’s 3 chargebacks they got over the lady not spending 5 minutes to help.
