Have ordered almost weekly through drive thru !! What I ordered was never done right !! Order taken right but cook did not prepare right !! Not going back !!

I have always liked Dairy Queen but out good this evening was less than good. French firs were tough(heated up). Cheeseburger was heated in microwave, I know because the bun was tough as leather. I regret to say this has been the way it has been lately.

I just went through their drive through and ordered a hot dog with chili and slaw also a cheeseburger with everything . After 20 minutes of waiting and paying I was asked to pull up. I did and it was another 5 minutes before I received my food. When I received it the food was lukewarm at best. I was never given my receipt or the salt and pepper packs that I asked for. The lady that gave m my food said they were short staffed. From what I could see they had at least 3 people on the front standing around doing nothing half the time. I know restaurants are having a tough time with getting enough people but I also know that a majority of places and employees are using it as an excuse to give slow and poor service.

Stopped in on my way home from visiting family. I was very impressed that the restaurant and bathroom was extremely clean. Employees were incredibly kind. Food was great. It was nice to see the employees were well groomed. Everything about this place was great! Whomever the manager is... You are doing a great job! Keep it up! I wish more places were exactly like your dairy queen restaurant.

I think that the worker's there could be a little bit nicer to their customers and pay more attention to doing their job instead of standing around talking to one another and I think they need to get older people to work there instead of real young people
Food was hot and made to order. Service was above average. Very clean. They had made a mistake on another customer's order and I thought they handled it very well.

This is your typical Dairy Queen. If you haven’t had Dairy Queen before than you’ll mostly enjoy their dairy products. Their meals are decent but it’s this restaurant is more of a one trick pony. Their blizzards are good. This particular one has a slower then most drive thru, but I haven’t met anyone at the window that isn’t super friendly. Right now try the Girl Scout thin mint blizzard or the Oreo dirt pudding Blizzard.
