Isn’t McDonald’s a fast food restaurant? I’m honestly shocked with this place, the staff is horrible, they literally try to avoid you. I stood at the counter for ten minutes waiting to ask for some extra ranch and they would not speak to me. They kept walking by and standing around. I finally had enough of it and called them out. Then there was a lady that stood there for a very long time and they would not take her order she finally said “well is anybody gonna take my order?” It’s ridiculous the worst customer service ever. Not just the customer service the place wasn’t even busy and it took 30 minutes for just two burgers. The tables were not clean the nastiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. So if you’re in a hurry do not go here or just don’t go here unless you want to be ignored and deal with rude teenagers.

never coming here again. this young lady in the first window with the horrible freckles yesterday practically slammed the window in my face !! I was trying to get my husband a burger and when i pulled up and handed her my card she didn’t say a word. no hello, thank you, no pleasantries. then when i drove up about a foot i heard her slam the Window! the receipt was right but wrong on the paper on the burger and his food was wrong. didn’t even bother to go back Because i do not want this little girl to ruin my mood further!!!!!!!😡 Mcdonalds watch who your hiring this is the last dime you get from me 😡😡😡😡😡

Stopped on our way to an event. We went through the drive thru and they didn't have the Grinch meals. And they didn't have sweet tea or sprite. We went ahead and ordered alternative food and drinks and paid and was told to pull over in a designated drive thru spot,where we waited and waited until after 30 minutes I went in to get our order, the guy working up front apologized, but there was girl headed to the door with a order right after that and when I asked if it was possibly my order she was rude and short with me. After another 10 minutes I received my order. Definitely will not be back.

Everything i asked for they were out of! No dr. Pepper, no Pepsi, no sprite, couldn't make tea, they were out of tea! No chocolate milk. They did have hot chocolate but the hot chocolate machine was broke! They had coke, but I don't like coke! They offered a bottle of water. No thanks, I had water! I have to say my burger was great, right off the grill hot! Fries were cold & stale. They did at least reimburse me the cost of a drink! Thanks!

Honestly, the only thing I usually order is Mocha Frappe's. So many times tho they'll say that they can't make them cause their machine is down.

Mcdonalds in rainelle wv strikes again made order for 2 drinks 2 large frie and mcflurry sat in the parking spots 30 minutes while everyone else was getting their food i walked inside ask where my food was the ran back there and got me fries but no mcflurry said they could not make it even know they charged for it. 1.89 for drinks they dont fill all the way to the top

We went through drive thru and waited over 30 minutes on our food. Edited to add: my fiance went in to figure out what was going on and one of the workers said some cuss words and tried to argue. But also helped and got us the food we needed.
