Food is never hot I even will say make sure it's fresh never is fried I already end up throwing away I think they let the time run out on food.anf still use it instead of tossing it out they don't care that's why I don't go to fast food alot I get disappointed every time one thing thats good is the frappe and half time frappe machine they say is down

I'm not a big fan of McDonald's. If the food looked and tasted the way it looks in advertisements, it would be great! My favorite thing there are their Mocha Frappes but several times a month they say their machine isn't working.

I NEVER receive ANY of my sauces or extra lettuce, every time (THAT I AM CHARGED FOR). Last time I received NONE. I asked for lettuce and was told NO. The manager would not give me any, even though the sandwich is supposed to come with it anyway and I paid for Extra.They made a whole ordeal OVER LETTUCE! We had to ask four separate times for ketchup. What is going on? I'm Extremely Displeased

Terrible service! Waited 20 minutes for the other half of my order. By the time I got the rest of my order, what I had was cold. No straws, wrong sauce for nuggets. They always forget to give you items from your order. Ordered breakfast a couple days before this incident and ordered breakfast burritos with picante sauce. They put strawberry jelly in the bag instead of picante sauce.

If I could give zero stars I would especially for service. Multiple different times there have been missing items in my order one morning I went through drive through 3 times and still didn’t get my whole order. Even Managers have been rude on several occasions.
