I was really excited to hear about a coffee shop opening up in my hometown. The first time I tried it one of my friends had surprised me with a coffee from there and it was amazing! They made it so well, better then McDonalds or any other place with coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker but I sure will drink coffee from here! Totally worth going to. Everyone should go. Very nice and laid back employees! If you want some good coffee and you're in the area. Swing By and drink some good coffee. Thank you staff of West End Coffee House

Staff is rude and violates many health requirements. This business does not respect any rules or boundaries especially the owner. His appearance on social media is sickening! And it’s sad that he truly thinks that a bad review is a personal attack and insults the customers. Wow! He is driving his business in the ground every day. Inside is cramped and small; outside there are no parking spaces. Inside surely doesn’t follow covid guidelines, and no one wears masks! Menu was WAY overboard and so difficult to read and most certainly overpriced for the quality. Very disappointed. Unsanitary, hateful, narcissistic, etc etc.

One of the best local coffee shops I’ve been to! The coffee shop is aesthetically pleasing, the owner is very friendly! Good on prices too! They have any flavor you could imagine, I got a Carmel, Mocha iced coffee with sweetened almond milk and it was very good! :)

Literally the classiest place in Rainelle! Every drink I’ve had has been beyond delicious and carefully made. Friendly service. Always happy to see you. And provides family friendly fun on Thursday with open mic night! Finally, someone bringing something great into town.
I was driving through town and this looked like a pretty busy place, so I went in for a quick cup of coffee. The atmosphere was instantly inviting, the coffee was great and I even had a pastry. I wish they had one of these where I live, but I'm in Florida most of the year. I will definitely come back!

The West End Coffee House is absolutely amazing and every drink is so good. Considering a few months ago I hated coffee and now I get coffee everyday. This new addition to our small town has been much needed for years. This place is so welcoming to everyone and the staff is so friendly! 12 out of 10 stars.

This place is amazing! Not only is the coffee rich and smooth, but there’s about 1,000 different frappe flavors. It’s reasonably priced and the snacks are addicting. The staff is very friendly. The owner even went out of his way to accommodate my coffee obsession on the way to work. (I’m forever greatful Mike!!) If you haven’t been here, you should. Better than any coffee shop I’ve been to hands down.

Yesterday was mine and my girlfriend’s first time ever going here and I’ve just got to say that we had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly as can be, the frappes and smoothies taste amazing, and the atmosphere of the place is amazing as well. I would highly recommend West End Coffee House.
