For a few months now, a friend an I have been making the trip from Martinsburg to ranson almost every Sunday to get our bagel fix! Often times, we pick up an extra sandwich for later or a desert for family get togethers, etc.
The service is always fast and friendly. The food is out to you in more than reasonable time, even when the line is out the door!
If you are in the area, this is a spot you definitely need to check out!

This is my favorite bakery in my hometown of West Virginia. The sandwiches and bakery items are always fresh and delicious. The employees are amazing and the atmosphere is always great.

My husband and I came to Bagel Chicks for breakfast because they are right down the road! I will say that if you are a first timer - you might be disappointed. First, we walked in and there was no greeting as most places do like “Welcome to Bagel Chicks!”, you just walk in and wait to be spoken to for ordering. The guy taking our order was great and informed us of things they were out of. They take your order on a piece of paper and pass it along. When we get to checkout the girl asks me to repeat my whole order for her to ring it in instead of walking 3 steps for the order ticket. As i’m telling her what I had she was ringing in my order incorrectly and I asked her to correct it multiple times. Charged me for 2 coffees and only had 1, tried to charge me for toppings I didn’t order. I paid and asked for a receipt and she said she had no paper so no receipt. She walks away after I have all my items waiting for a cupcake I ordered! She came back and asked if I needed something and I let her know I didn’t have my cupcake as she proceeds to ask “Did you already pay for it?” and she rang me up just before! We sat down very annoyed at this point and our bagels are incorrect. Missing the sausage on a bacon sausage egg & cheese. We let the lady know again where one of the cooks rolled her eyes about it. When we received our bagel back it was smeared in cream cheese, not even inside the bagel. Very terrible customer service that I am appalled by. Will not be visiting this establishment again.

The bagels are indeed phenomenal. The portions are huge so can easily be shared. Everything is fresh and flavorful. Coffee was expensive in my opinion ($3+ for a black drip coffee with mediocre flavor). I didn’t see prices for coffee so that was quite a surprise. I know they were busy and short staffed, but all available tables were dirty. Will still go back for bagel and will try sweet stuff.

The very personality filled and helpful front counter person was delightful I didn't get their name but they were efficient and helped me around selections when what I wanted you were sold out of! Sesame 🥯 & lox was delicious!
Never a bad experience here and we have been almost every weekend since they opened. We come for the bagels, sandwiches and cream cheese but we always leave with a couple of pastries that just call out our name. Absolutely love this place. The service is always notably friendly given how insanely busy they stay.

Got a big order for takeout for our families Christmas Eve Dinner. We cook a ton on Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day, so something delicious and easy. Amazing customer service in making sure she had every item correct, but was handed over clearly labeled and a smash hit with everyone. Merry Christmas to such an amazing staff. Might be a new tradition.
P.S. - the pastries, cookies and chocolate dipped cannolis were amazing
