If you’re going to pack up your ice cream and close early why not just change your posted hours and close at 8pm. Drove out of our way to get ice cream only to get there during open store hours only to find everything packed up I assume so the employees could leave early. Kinda messed up when you’re the only place in town to get ice-cream.

Staff didn't even greet you upon entering small establishment. You are ignored for a long period of time until you speak up to get noticed. They have only 6 flavors of ice cream which are not all labeled identifying what they are. Employees are on personal phone calls. Not personable at all. Would not recommend this place unless you want to wait forever to get any form of service. Poor business.

I ordered an ice cream cake a few days ahead and not only does it look great, but they also carried it for me to the car (my hands were full with coffee + a tasty muffin)! I really appreciated the extra help and the warm and friendly service!!

Ordered 2 cups and 2 milkshakes.They handed us the 2 cups and told us to pull out back. We have now been sitting out back 15 minutes waiting for the milkshakes and our cups of ice cream are half melted.

Went there for an ice-cream on Saturday around 7:30 pm and they didn't have any ice-cream because they were cleaning out the ice-cream coolers. The staff said that they clean the coolers out every Saturday at 7, which seems like the worst time to do this. I haven't done any research on this, but I feel like Saturday evenings would be a 'prime' time to sell ice-cream.
