Staff didn't even greet you upon entering small establishment. You are ignored for a long period of time until you speak up to get noticed. They have only 6 flavors of ice cream which are not all labeled identifying what they are. Employees are on personal phone calls. Not personable at all. Would not recommend this place unless you want to wait forever to get any form of service. Poor business.

Do NOT order from here! If you order DoorDash they will tell you via a dasher that they can’t make your order and are out of ice cream. This has happened to me twice in less than two months time, and I’m now never going to this Dunkin/Baskin Robbins or any Dunkin for that matter. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

I ordered an ice cream cake a few days ahead and not only does it look great, but they also carried it for me to the car (my hands were full with coffee + a tasty muffin)! I really appreciated the extra help and the warm and friendly service!!

Ordered 2 cups and 2 milkshakes.They handed us the 2 cups and told us to pull out back. We have now been sitting out back 15 minutes waiting for the milkshakes and our cups of ice cream are half melted.

Went there for an ice-cream on Saturday around 7:30 pm and they didn't have any ice-cream because they were cleaning out the ice-cream coolers. The staff said that they clean the coolers out every Saturday at 7, which seems like the worst time to do this. I haven't done any research on this, but I feel like Saturday evenings would be a 'prime' time to sell ice-cream.

I love Baskin Robbins in general. But this location is no good. Out of the last two times we have made the drive to get our favorite ice cream treat (World Class Chocolate) we have been very disappointed. The first time we went in on a Monday night around 5:45 pm they said they aren’t serving ice cream because it was all in the back freezer which meant it was “too hard…”. Feel like we got lied to there. The second time we came, they were out of world class chocolate and there was one in the back that again, was “too hard” to serve. Very disappointed at this location. It is managed very poorly. Scared to go try again since we always walk out without something we wanted.

Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this place, always extremely rude and we all understand the staff shortage so we are trying here too. However when you call in regards to not having the basic ice cream and I ask a questions the person on the phone snaps at me saying uh no.I get it you wanna go home however the store doesn’t close for another two hours. So please when I ask what ice cream you have don’t say none.Please remember that as patience as we being with you have the same respect.
7:15pm Saturday August 21, 2021. Wanted to order 2 Milkshakes when a very nice young lady announced they were not serving ice cream. I must have misread the hours of operation.

We went through the drive through to order and we starting tell a boy what we wanted.A gril then came on the speaker and we had to reorder with her. We went through 3 different flavors before finally ordering one that was not out of stock. When we got up to the window our coupon wouldn't scan and they did not try to fix the situation. Then on top of it all our ice cream was freezer burnt terribly!

If I could give 0 I would. Took 20 min for help. The 3 employees completely ignored in store customers only took care of drive through. Paid for icecream cake online. They never had it ready. Order was never completed. Had to wait 1 hour for cake to be made. Terrible service.
