I watched an employee take his AirPods out with his gloves and then moved on to making food for another customer. Both the guys up front kept touching their faces .. cell phone etc and didn’t change their gloves!! So gross. One kept laughing and didn’t see him once wash his hands.( or even change his gloves)
What really got me was when they didn’t have any food to make so I watched one employee go into the restroom(while still wearing his gloves) he was still having a conversation with his other employee so he was holding the door open with one hand on the door handle and then they saw another guest was coming in so then they both when back to their positions making food. So the worker went into the bathroom and got the bathroom air germs on his gloves.. then held the bathroom door open while wearing his gloves..then continued to make food in those nasty gloves.
I am a germ freak so I know I can be a little much… but that is breaking so many food safety violations! I am serv safe certified and have worked in the food industry for many years and that’s just not acceptable!
I won’t be returning to this location I am beyond grossed out. If this is what you’re doing/ allowing in the front.. what’s it like behind the scenes??

There was a very annoying alarm doorbell sound when you enter. Jarring enough to set the tone of your experience, priming me to not expect much.
That being said I got a burrito ? that was big and tasty. Service was nice. Made quick and fit what I was after so 4 stars from me. Please just remove that alarm on your door

The past two times I have ordered my bowl has been missing ingredients. I ordered today and put in my note that they forgot the rice last time. I ordered guac which is an extra 1.50$ and didn’t receive it. I guess I’ll just be double checking my orders now before I go home. Besides that the food is great, I just wish it wasn’t missing ingredients each time

Would not return to this location. Took a few minutes before anyone came up to take our order and the resturant was empty. After ordering and when they were preparing the food they told us they were out of the quinoa for the pro bowl which is why I ordered it to begin with. If they would have told me while ordering I would have gotten something different. They didn't even offer to substitute anything I had to ask and all they offered was rice. Flavor was lacking in my bowl and in my husband's classic steak burrito bowl. The people working there were not friendly and seemed annoyed we were in there getting food. My husband used the restroom and said it was filthy. Been to many other locations but this one lacked in all areas. Will not be going back.

I used to love this place, but now… food order was wrong. Called them and got the runaround. Just a shame.
There was no shock that the place was empty at noon. Went up to the register where we were not even greeted or spoken to. When we decided what we wanted we walk up to the register and she just stood there stapling things. I asked if she was ready for us to order and never even responded. So i eventually just gave my order for me and my boyfriend ordered. The food was disgusting and soggy. Worst $31 ever spent. It was quiet and a horrible feeling to the atmosphere. Some girl came in to pick up an order and said "thank you" loudly to the person working and the lady just ignored her. (They weren't doing anything because we were the only ones there). This place is nothing like what it was years ago before it closed!

My family used to come here every weekend and it was a solid amount of food that was good enough and was reasonably priced. This place has taken a huge dive in the last few years. They got rid of their nice cola machine for a sticky spray one with like 4 options, the place always look dirty now, the staff make it very clear they dont want customers in there, the hot sauce wall went from being full years ago to having maybe 10 options, and they can not get your order right. The last two times I was there I ordered a bowl and they made me a burrito. They won't remake it they just slap it in a bowl and ad more rice with practically nothing else in there. We're just one family but this place went from a 4 times a month restaurant to a never again one. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We stopped here on the way to a nearby arcade and were happy with our food!My spouse and I both got the blackened chicken Caesar burrito with chips/queso and the portion was ENORMOUS. We could have split a single mega between us!The chicken pieces are larger than I would prefer but they taste great.The chips are my favorite restaurant chips. They are light and crispy and oh so delicious.The restaurant was very clean and brightly lit.The service was fast and friendly.
