I was at DQ today for my father in laws birthday. I was getting his cake and I had a random idea for his cake. I wanted a submarine on his cake. The one who did the cake icing said she didn’t know if she could but this Women did amazing went above and beyond!!! ( I would put her name but I forgot to ask for her name)
Those people have their act together. When customers came in, the employees were in it. I watched this one employee who was constantly cleaning a table or making sure everything was in its place and available. They were always smiling. I got chocolate covered medium cone. Damn good. My friend was so impressed, she got one too. Thanks for a fun time.
Overall they have good food. Value is not on thus list. When you get a 4pc chicken fingers with drink and it's $14 but the chicken was way over cooked kinda rubbery. The toast wasn't good either. I'm not sure what's happened but they have a lot to learn. We ordered a large blizzard and it's pushing $9. It was good but not worth that much. I know prices and labor has increased but really. The staff is always helpful and I know it's not their fault....
