It’s 8pm. The restaurant closes at 10pm. But they seem more focused on their cleaning procedures than tending to their customers. I like their food, but their customer service is a drag. I know working fast-food sucks, but I’m sure they said they would do their best at it when they applied. Ultimately, I think they need better leadership.

Always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at this location. Store is extremely clean and well lit inside. As with all Five Guys locations, don’t forget your peanuts while you wait.

Very upset honestly. I had an order placed on 10/16 @ 9pm where I placed two fries and when I came in was told that they couldn’t use the fryers at the moment (bc they were trying to get the store cleaned early clearly). This would’ve been fine if I were somehow contacted or given a heads up that I wasn’t going to be receiving what I had ordered after driving 20 mins. I came back in to get a refund receipt and was just given a receipt of my original purchase with no refund adjustment on there. There were plenty of employees in, a few of them just standing around, there and no customers. I’m very disappointed in the service and lack of communication.
