I haven’t had Five Guys in YEARS!! burgers are so good here. I love a good bbq burger! Always friendly & food is fresh. The banana milkshake is to die for. You guys make me keep coming back!!

I placed a Web order pick my food up took it home. They didn’t put any meat on my burgers call them. The manager never apologized. Drove back there. Nobody ever even said sorry they just laughed at me because I was visually upset a bunch of young kids working there think it’s funny if I could leave zero stars, I would

If no star was an option that’s what I would leave. I ordered $50 worth of food to go, got home which is 30mins away only to find that the 2 bacon cheeseburger I ordered had no burgers on them. It was just bread and toppings. This isn’t the first time my order has been messed up. Those behind the counter thought the whole situation was funny. Do better Five Guys DO BETTER

On 2/18. I came in about 630 pm. The tall skinny boy blonde hair took our order . He had his gloves on and when done went from the register to get shake and then proceeded to help with fries and then went to the back , all mean while having same gloves on touching everything. Never replaced or washed hands at that time. The light skin tall guy also cooking and came from back to front touching doors with gloves he was cooking with. He also cleansed the lobby using a cloth like and wiped tables and counter and used the same cloth to clean the soda machine. Went back to cooking and never washed his hands and just put gloves on. Cross contamination everywhere in this place tonight. The MOD I believe was the one in all blk and was doing well until she cooked some fries and went to the back touching the door and coming back with same gloves! She was really good up to that point ! You really need to watch your footage for tonight. You can see me typing as I sit here in your lobby !!

I had to put my fries in the air fryer to crisp them up when I got home and they left the cheese off of two bacon cheese burgers and the bacon off of one. I never really eat fast food but I've been sick and we needed something.
I've never had this bad of an experience but that staff that's in there in the 7pm hour on Fridays needs to be split up. All that playing around and acting silly combined with being that busy is how mistakes are made.
