For some while, I've been wanting to give Ranson's Ledo Pizza another chance after a staggering thirteen years have passed. With that said, there was a clear reason I'vd avoided the restaurant for as long as I had.
First, I will mention that the large pizza is exceptionally large. However, that may be the extent to the store's positive aspects.
Meanwhile, toppings are low quality. Having ordered bell peppers and mushrooms, neither tasted cooked but instead seemed as if had been placed on top only after being the pizza left the oven. The peppers were rse and crunchy and the mushrooms overly gooey. Surprisingly, though, they haven't, as these toppings had melded into the cheese. Simultaneously, the pizza itself was difficult to eat after a short while after returning home to eat. It's flimsy, and the toppings are so embedded into the cheese that the first bite removed everything from the dough as it slides off.
In truth, this was exactly as I had remembered their pizza being when I last ate it thirteen years ago, which is a shame as I was hopeful to see some kind of improvement. For the high price of $28 for pizza alone in addition to this low level of quality standard, the overall eating experience felt like a dining robbery.

NO CATERING! Ordered catering online two days before. Got an automated email half hour before it was supposed to be ready saying the store had not confirmed the order and it was going to be refunded. Didn’t find this out until I showed up to pick it up. Mind you this is the same online system that all their other orders go through, I ordered a few specialty items separate immediately after the catering order for the same pickup time. Those were somehow ready. Which means whoever was in charge the last two days didn’t want to do it and didn’t have the courage to just decline the order. They left it sit until they knew it would automatically be rejected, leaving no time to find food for 40 people. I can’t say anything nice about the girl working the register, she seemed unfazed at best so this has definitely happened before. The girl in the corner continued to work seemingly aware of what happened. No adult, supervisor, manager, or owner to be found. Not a single apology. The manager “Suri” will call me “if she wants to”. Meaning, again, people ask for a manager and they will do not respond. Papa John’s made the identical order in exactly 25 minutes without any notice.

The food is great and always on point but the staff especially the girls at the front always have an attitude and act like they don’t want to be there. It wouldn’t hurt to smile and just provide a simple welcoming attitude. They honestly should fire the girls and just hire regular people that know how to provide a welcoming demeanor bc the chefs are putting in work back there and deserve more business.

I got the fried chicken salad and the cheesy garlic bread. First off, everything is very fresh! The veggies on the salad aren't wilted and are so crisp and delicious. The cheesy garlic bread is baked perfectly. Not really greasy and just the right amount of cheese. The employees here are very nice and attentive. This meal cost me under $20, which isn't bad at all! I will definitely be back to try other things on their menu. DELICIOUS 😋

I love Ledos but this location sucks. Always something wrong with my food. This time I ordered a salad and they made the wrong one. NBD was just going to get the correct one, but after standing at the counter, unhelped for 10 minutes I asked for a refund and left. Here's to hoping I actually get my refund because she didn't do anything to the register, just said I should have it in a few days and sent me on my way.
