It would be good if the Manager reigned in the Cashiers who think everything is a joke.
I ordered a plain 1/4 pound burger w/o a bun, lettuce & tomato only on the side, in the drive thru. She repeated it back to me & again told her lettuce and tomato only. I pulled up & pd. I asked for some BBQ sauce. She handed me a bag and the sauce separately. A third time I said “lettuce and tomato only”. She confirmed & I trusted her and drove home. When I opened the bag, the tomato and lettuce had extra onions, pickles, and extra pickle juice all over my one tiny tomato slice (with the core still in the center of it)! I was so upset because I should not have to repeat my order 3 times and still ck it before going home. They did not listen to me & just did the QUICKEST thing & grab a fixin cup that had everything in it! The smell of the onions and pickles made me sick and I thru the whole cup in the trash. At least they didn’t ruin my burger, but for almost six dollars for a 1/4 pounder, I expected better service! I see “why” they don’t put anything on the burger, or I would have had to pitch it as well! I certainly did not get the order “my way “!

We drove a little while to get to this place as we traveled and this restaurant did not disappoint. It was clean, staff was friendly, and most importantly the food was delicious. We especially love the condiment bar where you can dress up your sandwich and have access to all of Roy Rogers special sauces. Our favorite is the cowboy sauce.
