Every single time I come to this location they get something wrong. Usually it’s something small. Today I ordered 2 meals and it totaled $35 (which is a lot for 2 meals at a fast food place) and they forgot half my order. I got the drink that’s it. So my $35 order consisted of 2 chili cheese dogs, cheese curds, and a blizzard. This place needs to do better

I was hungry coming home from work and I decided to stop in. Right away I met this tall stout man knotted with muscle, he said his name was Dillion. He gave me outstanding service, his eyes are like portals to another dimension free of torment and worries, a land where milkshakes flow as rivers and brownies as rocks. His words tickled my eardrums like a whimsical tune. Dillion made his way to the back with my order as I watched him create beautiful art. His juicy burgers were tender and full of flavor, the crispy chicken tenders were cooked to a perfect 165 degrees, the flavors blessed my tongue with tastes I will search for until the end of my days. Absolutely outstanding service!!! Give Dillion a raise, I will be coming back!!!

We were at the Reedsville WV location and used the drive thru. The young lady who took our payment seemed pleasant enough.

When the food was handed to us the bag was handed to us, all I seen was an arm coming at me, could not see the face.

Here is your food and the window was slammed with no other acknowledgement.

This location needs a refresher on proper customer service.

My burger wasn’t made correct and the service we got was inattentive they just handed our bag out of the window then slammed the window shut with no words. Didn’t even have time for a “thank you” for our order. Very disappointed

I got a cheeseburger n it was COLD... The area behind register and kitchen area was disgusting... The lobby area was filthy as hell tables were dirty and the STAFF was touching their nose and mouths then touching he customers cups. One staff memeber put the marshmallow creme and chocolate syrup in a cup amd stuck the cup up to her nose n smelled it then proceeded to put the ice cream in the cup then sent it out the window.. A drive thru food order is suppose to go out in 4 minutes or less and one custoner sat at window for 10 minutes waiting on meal and they wrrent even busy... Very disatisfied with this DQ... WONT BE GOING BACK

My husband just stopped to get a slushy and the sign said large is $2.99 but when he got to the window the girl said it was over 6 dollars. He told her what it says on the sign at the speaker so she went and looked and said it is wrong because our prices changed and told him again it was 6 dollars plus. Needless to say he didn't get it. How is it legal to advertise one price and charge double that price at checkout?? To me that is false advertisement and against the law.

Place could use to have a good cleaning on the inside.

Literally incompetent staff or management I'm not sure but every time I have visited this place I get a vanilla shake nothing special it takes 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence in the drive through mind you this is without any other customers at all. Then it take 20 more minutes to bring u out the wrong milkshake.

Worst dairy queen around. It’s always a 20-30 minute wait on your food, dine in or take out. They stop serving food for some reason before 9:30 when they don’t even close till 10. And at least one thing is always incorrect with your order. They other day when I stopped they gave me a sprite instead of a coke. Then today they gave me the BBQ chicken strips instead of the garlic. It’s always something with this dairy queen. Horrible.
