Ordered a large pepperoni and cheese pizza with cheesey breadsticks. The cheese just looked slopped on the breadsticks and didn't even fully cover them. It did come with marinara dipping sauce if you want to call it that, it is absolutely disgusting and just tastes like cold, bland tomatoes.
The pizza has the same problems as the breadsticks but with the addition of the nastiest tasting cheese you could come across. The pizza was basically inedible and had to be thrown out. I also threw out the breadsticks.
This is the 2nd time I have ever thrown a pizza away. The last pizza place I threw a pizza away and left a review giving tips to be better disregarded my comments and are now closed down permanently.
So here is some tips to be better and bring in more customers:
Use homemade marinara sauce for pizza and dipping. Whatever cheese you are using, stop it. Get better quality cheese.
Actually put some love and care into you food. You are named Preston County's Pizza and right now you are not representing the county all that well.
I seen your replies to other negative comments, it is full of excuses and gilt tripping about being a small buisness. I have been to plenty of small businesses to eat and have had phenomenal food, too bad I have to go elsewhere to get it.

Don't order a bacon cheeseburger and expect bacon. There wasn't strips of bacon on the burger just bacon bits like you get on a salad.

Pizza was surprisingly good much better than the high end shops youād normally grab a pizza from! Great customer service, we stopped ing for a bite to eat an hour from home after boo at the zoo at Hovatterās definitely keeping this place in mind if Iām ever back in the area

We ordered our pizza and wings for delivery at 6:45, well 6:45 passes and we are waiting with 2 hungry kids and my 83 y/o granny. Now we are used to PCās being late itās their usual but at 7:30 we called and got a recorded message so we keep waiting. At 7:45 we call again and this time we get an answer and get thisā¦.they say that someone called in, knew our name and address and had the order sent to a different address. My husband and I are the only people who knew we ordered pizza! So here it is 8pm and Iām throwing on grilled cheese to feed my hungry family. While making the sandwiches my 5 y/o son fell asleep and heās a heavy sleeper so I couldnāt get him to wake up to eat. Oh we also werenāt offered a refund just a Iāll get ya next time it is on me and he laughed about it.

Was once my favorite, but this last time it was terrible! The wings were flavorless and over done. The sandwiches were flavorless and dry. The staff was very nice, and very intuitive. I really hope it'll get better as I appreciate preston county businesses!
