I absolutely LOVE this place!!! The staff are always so friendly, and the food is amazing!!! My whole family loves going here....so much that we drive 1.5 hours quite often to eat there. I recommend this place to everyone!!!!Kid-friendliness: My kids love it here. My daughter always has special requests (anywhere we go), and they are always doing their best to fulfill her requests. Super great staff with kids.

Friendly service. Food took 45 minutes, which seemed a bit long. Pizza was good (not amazing), wings were bad (not horrible). Wings: all dried out and tough, like jerky.

my son and I were traveling through town tonight and stopped in to take some food home. I do realize that we didn't call ahead so I was okay with the 35 min wait...we paid $60 and got an order of cheese fries, 2 whole Italian subs a chicken wrap and a medium specialty pizza. the fries were small but ok. the chicken wrap was small and had no barely any meat in it, the Italian subs were just completely disappointing (no meat and what we did get was burnt).. and the whole thing had zero flavor. and then the pizza...if what we got was a medium what the heck did a small look like? and it wasn't cooked. so... needless to say 35 min and $60 later we wont be returning next time we go through Rich wood completely a waste of $ ... disappointing. Lesson learned..next time we pull into a pizza shop on a Friday night at 6 and no one is there turn around and leave.
