We had a wonderful experience; beautiful property and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Will definitely be returning.
The service was good, although the restaurant was not too busy. My wife and I both had salads and we split the surf and turf, filet mignon and shrimp dinner. The fillet was cooked perfectly medium, and the shrimp was very good not overdone. We had drinks at the bar first and the pours were very generous.
Had an outside table by the water which was nice. Our server was nice and friendly. Personally, I don't care for a lot of perfume on wait staff but other diners were complimenting her on it. I had a small starter salad which was nice. We ordered from the menu and our entrees were just okay. There was a buffet that night which may have been a better choice since we would have been able to try other dishes that may have been more to our liking.
Very good food and beautiful surroundings outside dining on the patio. Jonah was fantastic as a server and very attentive to our dining experience. Large watermelon salad was delicious..
Roberta was the picture of hospitality! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and really made our day. The food was excellent as well, especially the jumbo wings. Thank you for a great first impression of West Virginia to two out-of-towners, Roberta!
Experienced dinner and breakfast buffet. Assortment of food was great and food was delicious. Reasonably priced.
Server was amazing! Restaurant seems a little run down for the price. I had a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Salad was good, but too much dressing. Chicken was rubbery. Son had cheeseburger, which he liked. Not really worth the price.
The buffet was ample, but the meat selections were a bit overcooked. We ate outside by the lake and enjoyed the ambiance.
Food undercooked for entire party. Had to be returned, which I have never done in my life. Restaurant made us new plates, which were cooked right but bland.
The waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive. The food was savory and the cocktails were tasty. The atmosphere was comfortable, warm, and inviting. Loved the view!

I chose the Mahi Mahi and it was overcooked and accompanied with mushy eggplant when the menu said a variety of vegetables. My husband and I ordered the same salads, but they came looking completely different. The other two in my party got burgers, and it was just a regular buffet. Our meal took forever. The server was great, which is why we left a 25% tip, they were just under staffed. Wish we just ate pizza at the bar instead.
Very slow service, room was hot and stuffy as if AC was broken, beyond well done, dried out meat, salty soup, blah room temp salad, overpriced, overall awful experience. Very disappointing
I ordered the Cauliflower Quinoa Neapolitan at Stillwater without the goat cheese ricotta & reduction to make it vegan. Sadly they also removed the kale & spinach and instead of a bed of quinoa the cauliflower was dusted with it. Twice I ordered the mushroom panini at TJ Muskies: the 1st time the food was served promptly but the portion was small; the 2nd time I was quoted 10 minutes after my takeout order was taken to the kitchen. Bartender insisted she needed my room # for their POS even though I was paying cash. Finally got my dinner 30 minutes later, no explanation or apology. Panini was nearly 3x bigger! Looked over my room bill as I was checking out & their employee charged someone's $40+ bar bill to my room.
