This was horrible service! Was given wrong order pulled around went in side 6 employees behind counter 2 customers inside stood for 10 minutes for them to tell me they was out of biscuits then could figure out things left me standing for just 2 Sausage egg sandwich frustrated I just walked out then I find I was overcharged on my card , so with the $11 dollars I hope the owner of this Romney BK can train employees at drive through, especially since for the last 5 months the inside had been closed for renovations, from now on I’ll hold drive lines up check my order and receipt!

I went thru drive thru around 4pm got a whopper jr and fries, the young lady was very rude when handing my change back she might as well thru it in my car, most of the loose change hit the floor. I live less than 3mins from there when returning home the fries were cold and I can’t say the burger was any better after one bite it all went in the trash.

Stopped around 10:45pm last night. Got my grandson chicken nuggets. I noticed they weren’t completely cooked. I came back through the drive thru and Evan cooked them longer for us. Thank you Evan for being so kind and going above and beyond for us.

Genuinely screw this place, I asked for TWO things to now be on my chicken sandwich, guess what they do only put those two things on my sandwich. Oh yea and the fact the inside of the stores been closed for 5 months now and I don’t have a vehicle to pick up the order I placed so I walked through the line and they gave me the wrong drink, literally not even close to what I wanted to drink but I wasn’t gonna be nitpicking, I really didn’t care about that but I get to my house and look at the food and my foods messed up too. Yall are so lucky I can’t say what I wanted to say cause this review would get taken down. Like genuinely how do you let a CHICKEN SANDWICH to get this bad.😂 terrible restaurant eat there if you want a bad experience and horrible food.

Absolutely ridiculous how long it takes to get your food. Ordered whopper jr meal in the drive thru at 110 pm and was told to park. and it took 15 minutes to get it brought out to me.

I want to add that the soup I bought for $8 with shrimps, in fact, without shrimps, from a liter of this liquid that I poured out there were 2 shrimps floating in it, I even left tips for the sellers, I thought they would make it delicious😕

I ordered through the drive-through a meal with onion rings. Approximately 3:30 pm. On May 29th, 2024.When I got the food it was cold, especially the onion rings. They weren’t even slightly warm. I had to park and go back into the restaurant and I handed them to the male employee there and I told him my food was cold and I wanted fresh onion rings. He just looks at me with a dirty look and takes the bag out of my hand and walks over to another girl and says I need more onion rings, and then throws them in the trash. I said “wait a minute do I even get an apology ?”lol He gave me another dirty look and turned his back to me. So I waited about 5 minutes and walked back up to the counter, he hands me a bag with the onion rings in it rings in it and in a rude way says “Have a nice day!” So I said You know what let me speak to the manager” immediately a woman walked up and I told her the whole scenario and she’s just looking at me like she’s annoyed and then she says “You know that’s not right” Because of her facial expression I just walked away. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with Burger King here in Romney West Virginia.The food and management suck so I will never be back this time and I’m sure I’m not the only one.??♀️

We've tried many Burger King locations in the US, and we are now accustomed to being disappointed, EXCEPT HERE! Good food, friendly staff, and clean restrooms. The big shots at command central should use this location as a model for other franchisees!

I ordered Burger King Fiery nuggets, which according to BK are seasoned with cayenne pepper, birds eye chili and black pepper, in an "irrestible spicy glaze", buffalo style. Well, the glaze seems to have been mostly oil (it soaked through the paper envelope) and the rest of the glaze was gritty. Really it tastes like popcorn butter with granulated garlic and cayenne pepper. A 'never again,' and I normally love hot stuff. I finished the meal and swerved to avoid the woman in management-style clothing spraying the landscaping quite heavily with roundup. You know, while customers were driving in and out during the height of the dinner rush. All in all, that's one less place in Romney to eat.

The burger melts were cold. The cheese wasn't even melted on them. Plus, the bread was barely toasted. The worst I've had there yet. It seems as if it gets worse and worse every time I go.
