Literally ordered to double cheeseburgers from this place and when I got them , both of them were almost still frozen!!!! Could not eat it and it went in the trash. Went right Back through to complain and was told pretty much too bad! I've only ever been to this location twice and both times it's been a disaster , but this last time was definitely the worst and I will not be returning. Fast food restaurants, wonder why they're declining.Well this is why! Because you hire people that flat out , don't care about working or their job. To them is just a place to hang out and play and collect a little paycheck and go back home. There's no work ethic anymore....

The managers here don’t know what they are doing at all. The owner of this burgerking doesn’t care what’s going on in the store. It took 30 minutes to get our food which is unacceptable. They kept closing out the orders on the screen and printing out the receipts so they could cheat the timer which caused a huge mess. They was helping the drive thru people first and we watched at least 30 cars go through the driver thru while our order was never touched.

Wasn’t greeted, everyone was standing in a circle talking. Came out of the restroom lady was standing with food I asked if it was for me she just nodded her head. And every single person just stared at me. Mean girl energy, unwelcoming atmosphere. If you hate your job go get another one.

Snarky employee forced me and my family to go inside because she wanted a 4 digit code for the free cheese burger on burger day. Wouldnt take the member code even though i offered. So me anf my infant and dog had to come inside to explain. She told me to use the slow wifi to order. Kept looking at squinting her eyes and shaking her head like i was a nusance. Ignored me the rest of the time even though i was struggling to juggle everything. Other employees have been nice but i never expected to be treated this poorly. Also fix your speaker if you cant hear anyone

This was horrible service! Was given wrong order pulled around went in side 6 employees behind counter 2 customers inside stood for 10 minutes for them to tell me they was out of biscuits then could figure out things left me standing for just 2 Sausage egg sandwich frustrated I just walked out then I find I was overcharged on my card , so with the $11 dollars I hope the owner of this Romney BK can train employees at drive through, especially since for the last 5 months the inside had been closed for renovations, from now on I’ll hold drive lines up check my order and receipt!
I went thru drive thru around 4pm got a whopper jr and fries, the young lady was very rude when handing my change back she might as well thru it in my car, most of the loose change hit the floor. I live less than 3mins from there when returning home the fries were cold and I can’t say the burger was any better after one bite it all went in the trash.

Stopped around 10:45pm last night. Got my grandson chicken nuggets. I noticed they weren’t completely cooked. I came back through the drive thru and Evan cooked them longer for us. Thank you Evan for being so kind and going above and beyond for us.

Genuinely screw this place, I asked for TWO things to now be on my chicken sandwich, guess what they do only put those two things on my sandwich. Oh yea and the fact the inside of the stores been closed for 5 months now and I don’t have a vehicle to pick up the order I placed so I walked through the line and they gave me the wrong drink, literally not even close to what I wanted to drink but I wasn’t gonna be nitpicking, I really didn’t care about that but I get to my house and look at the food and my foods messed up too. Yall are so lucky I can’t say what I wanted to say cause this review would get taken down.
