I placed an order with Italian Touch and requested extra chicken for my Alfredo, paying the additional $4 without issue. I also ordered two chicken bacon ranch wraps for my husband so he could have dinner and lunch the next day. When I received the order, I noticed the Alfredo had very little chicken, certainly not what I would expect for an extra $4 charge. I called to explain that I had ordered extra chicken and that the portion provided did not reflect what I’ve received in the past.
The woman who answered (who I believe was the manager) had me speak directly with the cook, who argued with me rather than addressing the concern. I explained that when I’ve ordered extra chicken before, it was a generous amount mixed into the Alfredo, and that what I received this time did not justify the extra charge. I ended the call and called back to speak with the manager directly, requesting a refund of just the $4 for the extra chicken. She responded by saying she felt I was being “sketchy” and implied I might be trying to scam them, which was extremely upsetting. I’ve been a customer for years and this was the first time I had ever called back with a complaint. She placed me on hold and spoke with the owner, who eventually issued a $4 credit.
Later that evening, my husband started eating one of the chicken bacon ranch wraps and found maybe three very small pieces of chicken in the entire wrap. Between both wraps, there was barely any chicken at all, more bacon and lettuce than anything, with a small slice of tomato. Honestly, there was more chicken in a can of chicken noodle soup than in both wraps combined.
This experience was disappointing, not just because of the lack of chicken, but because of how the situation was handled and the accusation made toward a long-time customer.

Do not order from the website for deliveries unless you're physically in Romney, WV. I ordered a future delivery to a business as an individual because I cannot leave my post at work in case of emergencies. They refused to deliver hours later because I could not meet the delivery staff at their specified location. Moving forward, only phone calls should be accepted for meet up deliveries to prevent future mishaps. Thank you.

Really busy, small establishment.. need more servers. I had a tuna wrap.. hardly any tuna. Had to ask the server to bring out the soup before the meal..she said she 'will try'!!!!
Stopped in for the first time! So glad we did! We were greeted by Stormy who was super friendly and customer service oriented. She explained the menu and offered some suggestions for ordering. We ordered a large Stromboli which was huge! Fried and two drinks! It was all delicious! Needless to say we took half of our Stromboli home and ate it for supper! Will definitely stop by again. Prices were extremely reasonable and the food top notch! Thank you!

Didn't give us our whole order when we picked up and when we called they said we could come and get the stuff they forgot. Maybe would be possible if we lived in Romney. Their mistake but up to us to fix. No thanks. No credit card refund offered.

The only minor drawbacks to my dining experience are that I will now spend my life aware that my favorite restaurant is located in another state, and the Italian restaurants in my area will likely never measure up. I must admit, I almost wish I had never gone there. The food was the best I have ever tasted, the service was amazing, and the staff worked incredibly hard. Furthermore, the prices were unbeatable for food and sauces made from scratch.

We were there of 8/9/25. We could see the kitchen. I’m not usually a fan and typically get concerned about kitchen things lol. This kitchen worked like a ballet performance on crack. They moved so fast and so fluid in a tiny area. I saw them make most items from scratch. The food “get outta here” it was fabulous! The girls that waited on us. They were pure dolls. The sweetest young women that ran in the tiny area going overboard to serve and be kind. I didn’t want to go here. We were traveling and it was out of the way. I’m so glad we did. The prices were ridiculously reasonable. Don’t change a thing! We tipped more than I’ve ever tipped in a restaurant and if I’d of had more cash, I’d have tipped more. Perfect little spot. Don’t pass it up! My daughter and I had an amazing dinner before an amazing revival. You made our night fabulous!
