Casual McDonalds workers not wanting to do their jobs. Don't bother showing up an hour before closing, they wont answer you in the drive-thru.

Everytime I order a caramel frappe with extra caramel I am charged 40 cents extra and they never give extra caramel. I order frappes alot its hard to tell how much extra ive paid as that 40 cents adds up and for nothing because as I mentioned they never put extra caramel.

Absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's in the slightest. My order was messed up but it wasnt the only one. I was missing my sauce for my nuggets, and I requested no pickle on my sandwich and it was still there. Truthfully I would go to the sheetz up the road

8/13 1:30 ordered to dine in . Milkshake always down ! Got large fry and was less than a medium asked for it to fixed . Was told fell out of bag I said I wouldn’t lie about it I can show you . Then when asked for tartor sause said I had to pay for it and then even forgot the ketchup . Want me to do my part , they need to do their part .
First & last time coming here. Should've read the reviews first before we ordered! Family of 4 on our way to vacation, placed a mobile order which I thought was easy: 2 Mcdouble Meal Deals and an extra Dr. Pepper. We got no nuggets, missing one fry, a drink and the plain sandwich had onions on it. I asked for the Dr. Pepper at the window but didn't think to check the bag. Added time to our 7 hour drive because we had to stop elsewhere for more food since they forgot half our order!!

my food was cold I ordered a cheese burger and it didn’t have any cheese. I orders fries and got apple slices lastly but not leastly I order 4 sweet and sour sauces FOR 1 AND 20 CENTS AND GOT NO SWEET AND SOUR!!!!!!

I was severely disappointed tonight going through the drive thru tonight... no patties...no lettuce..no fries... this establishment has curbed my thirst for a refreshing sprite and to fill my belly with cow....unenthusiastic cries of disappointed stress reverberated through my soul... as I longed for the taste of food from there..

If for some reason you absolutely need McDonalds, I’d advise wasting your day and driving to another McDonald’s within a 50 mile radius. This place is absolutely terrible all around. I would avoid wasting any time or money here. Poor service, poor food.

We used the kiosk to order food, and ordered for dining in. No one brought the food to our table, and we waited until another patron advised that it looked like our food was sitting on the counter. Furthermore, we were missing one cup for a fountain drink and two apple juices. When I asked for the drinks, the employee was not friendly or professional about it. I'm wondering if they are short staffed...
Waited in line forever inside. Several people left because the line was so long and got tired of waiting. Food was gross. Tried or order McFlurry but they said it’s broke.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly frustrating. I placed an order at this McDonald’s (Order #1314) for two steak bagels with round eggs (instead of folded) and no breakfast sauce, one hash brown, and two large coffees.
I drove 8 miles one-way from Burlington, WV using a borrowed pickup truck (my semi is broken down at a nearby tow yard) just to get breakfast. I didn’t check the bag because I trusted that they got the order right.
Unfortunately, both steak bagels were missing eggs entirely, which completely ruined the meal — it’s no longer breakfast without the eggs. The hash brown and coffee were fine, but the main part of my order was wrong and unusable. At nearly 20 miles round-trip, going back to fix the order wasn’t an option, especially with a borrowed vehicle.
I called the store immediately, explained the situation, and politely asked for a refund, but the manager refused, saying I had to come in person. That is completely unreasonable under the circumstances, especially given that this was their mistake — not mine.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. No accountability, no help, and no understanding. I’m now stuck with two incomplete sandwiches and wasted money, all while dealing with a broken-down truck.
Extremely disappointed in how this location handled the situation. Do better.
I am so happy that McRibs are back! I know they are not everyone's favorite but I love them!

They never have coffee anymore they always get the order wrong no matter which McDonald's you're going to it's really frustrating that this is what we have to rely on when we're in a hurry
