this place is filthy, disgusting,I have never seen a workplace with this much disrespectfulness,and horrible service DO NOT EAT HERE. unless you have a death wish. the workers act like it’s theyre home,smoking and disrespectful. the bathroom hasnt been touched since the 90s. the smell will make you want to hold your breath until your done. oh and let’s not forget how many times they’ll get your order wrong and when you try to ask about it they get all mad and sissy about it. dont bother wasting your money on this place. it needs to be shut down.

I have a son who has autism who relies on mcdonald's heavily for his diet. This McDonald's has wasted our money and messed up his orders more times than i can count. I personally don't even go there anymore because it's a waste of time. I have been dealing with the staff at this McDonald's for 2 years and they are very aware that my son is autistic and he has to have his cheeseburger's exactly the same every time. Tonight , when they made his cheeseburgers , they gave him buns with seeds on them. The time before that , there was onions in the mayonnaise. The time before that, all the cheeseburgers were okay Except for a big pile of onions , under one of the patties. A lot of times now, they won't even give us our receipt because they know that we'll do the survey. Someone really needs to figure out what's going on at this restaurant because this is pretty sickening. This food is for our four year old child. We have to drive half an hour away to get decent food for my son when we live five minutes away from mcdonald's.

Never got a chance to order. No one helped me in an empty restaurant. This place is out of control. Eye contact with staff when I walked in, self order doesn't work, no one helped me. After a history of wrong orders, I'm choosing to go elsewhere.

Ordered at the kiosk, receipt said 12:59 am, at 1:20 still had not received my order. Went to the counter to check on it, they then hurried my order out in about 2 minutes. Everything was cold.

Casual McDonalds workers not wanting to do their jobs. Don't bother showing up an hour before closing, they wont answer you in the drive-thru.
Everytime I order a caramel frappe with extra caramel I am charged 40 cents extra and they never give extra caramel. I order frappes alot its hard to tell how much extra ive paid as that 40 cents adds up and for nothing because as I mentioned they never put extra caramel.

Absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's in the slightest. My order was messed up but it wasnt the only one. I was missing my sauce for my nuggets, and I requested no pickle on my sandwich and it was still there. Truthfully I would go to the sheetz up the road

8/13 1:30 ordered to dine in . Milkshake always down ! Got large fry and was less than a medium asked for it to fixed . Was told fell out of bag I said I wouldn’t lie about it I can show you . Then when asked for tartor sause said I had to pay for it and then even forgot the ketchup . Want me to do my part , they need to do their part .

First & last time coming here. Should've read the reviews first before we ordered! Family of 4 on our way to vacation, placed a mobile order which I thought was easy: 2 Mcdouble Meal Deals and an extra Dr. Pepper. We got no nuggets, missing one fry, a drink and the plain sandwich had onions on it. I asked for the Dr. Pepper at the window but didn't think to check the bag. Added time to our 7 hour drive because we had to stop elsewhere for more food since they forgot half our order!!
