First time at McDonald's in YEARS! Went to this one because of convenience. McDonald's advertises saucier burgers. So, hubby said he wanted to give McDonald's another try. If these burgers were saucier, I'd hate to see regular. Also, we ordered 3 small fries. Bidenomics or shrinkflation, take your pick. We only got 2 small fries. Not sure why they never get our order right at McDonald's but I guess we will be served by robots the next try.

Rude staff and poor management and wrong orders constantly and the staff then get even more upset because sure the order they gave you was wrong and moldy ice and trashy dining area. Would never go here again. Keyser Mc Donald’s is hands down the best with crew and service compared to this one I always get my order correct there no issue.

I won't be going to McDonald's ever again. I got a quarter pounder with cheese and got choked on a wood or mulch chip that was on my burger. As I coughed this chip up, it cut my gums. I called the store to speak to someone, and a message was taken to be called back by the store manager the next day. This was on Dec 21st its now the 26th. Still no return call. The wood chip on top of the receipt is what I got choked on. BEWARE THE BURGERS ARE DANGEROUS ? !!!

Every time I have stopped here it is a hit or miss ..the cleanliness last visit was ok in the late morning but not good on a evening stop.. the food at lunch wasn't the best..cold and dry..but every breakfast stop has been good with hot sausage biscuits.. the fries are determined on the time of day... Early lunch good. But late evening not as much . I avoid the tea which has tasted stale. McDonald's anywhere including here is not the great visit for good fastfood as many, many years ago..

So there is this heavy set lady there well a while back when I was there she just started and she was kinda messing up but nothing big just did new employee mess up pushed wrong button had to get that manager who was kinda mean to her but I told him it was my fault but I kept telling her don't worry about him ur doing good I hoped she had a great day and she will get it well this visit she was trained and she did well for my boss me and our other guy and everyone else n line and she was smiling I was happy to see this from her as tha last time she seemed flustered and manager chill out u was new at some point ur job ain't that big u can't slow down and help out without an attitude training these days is no training or an hour of training than to tha wolves u go and wth still no orange juice some guy said it's been messed up for like 2 years smh

Drove in at 10:55 pm last night (Oct 29). No customers inside or in the drive through. Ordered 2 hamburger, 1 cheesburger, a large and small fries. Headed out to find we got 3 cheesburgers with very cold cheese. Besides the cheese hamburgers being "dead" cold, so were the fries. We made a big mistake passing by Burger King. This McDonald's has alway been a disappointment to us. Every time we give them a new try, we are disappointed. You expect consistency with McDonald's but you don't get it in Romney.

If you go into the restaurant, say because you can't pull your trailer through the drive thru, be prepared to wait. Pretty sure it would be faster to drop the trailer and use the drive thru than to go inside. Also not the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in, but there aren't a lot of options here.

Avoid this place and eat anywhere but here. This McDonald’s sucks. Food sucks! Timeliness of the Service sucks! Staff friendliness and efficiency sucks! Ridiculous! Avoid this place as you have been warned!!Parking: Tough to negotiate the parking lot with 15 cars in line for drive thru because speed of service is terrible. No one ever can leave. Avoid this dump!!
