They shorted us one sausage and plastic wear. When we drove a second time to get both those things, the ordertaker was great, but the gal who hands the food was slow and uncooperative. Made it sound like she didn't believe us. We went through the drive thru twice just for a fork and sausage we had already paid for. Pathetic window service.

I went 2 days in a row using the drive thru only for my morning coffee. The window service is spotty. 2nd day I only got about 2/3 full. Had to walk back over to the window to ask them to fill my coffee cup. LOL.

ordered on the app and they said I, ME, messed it up. then they reordered it after we waited for half an hour and then they bring out the food completely wrong and thrown in the bag carelessly. there was hair all over the straw and inside the bag. disgusting establishment and disgusting workers. never eat here unless you want to waste your time and money!! mcdonald’s please smfd

Only got a basket of fries and the happy meal when I ordered a tri State bundle the 20 piece with a basket of fries and a happy meal. Called to get a refund— they said they could only refund if I have my card there in person which is an hour away

We decided to go through the drive-thru a week ago and we ordered a 20 nugget and a large fry. We got sweet and sour dipping sauce for the nuggets. The first bite of a nugget and I noticed it didn’t taste right. There was no taste at all. It was awful. It was bland and I am doubtful it was even meat. It surely wasn’t edible. I ate the sweet and sour sauce by itself. Do better McDonald’s.

Ordered a mobile order for curbside pickup. Waited 25 min for the order. Than drove through the drive thru and they called me a liar and told me I must have went to the wrong place. After they argued abd told me that I was a liar and that I was at the wrong place and kept arguing around. They said oh we found your order....someone started and but didn't finish it. That place is a real piece of work. Order at your own risk.

The manager Arron that was working showed professionalism and class and was kind and calm when handling people orderes that were messed up and when there was confusion going on. He helped me with my app and took time to show me what to do. Thank you for your hospitality.
