The worst subway in town decline service cause I have a service animal and will not serve us and showed them the documentation that he is a service animal and they still refuses Will never be going back there again ever she got rude and hateful with me and little boy that’s working there too with a Smart mouth All these places has not denied us and we eat at Stoney’s McDonald’s, Ruby, Tuesday’s Burger King Long John SilverHardee’s Applebee’s an Arby’s 100% Service animal friendly so do not go to Subway they will not recognize you have a service animal and will not accept a service animal in They’re place of business when it’s clearly 100% service animal Very, very rude people

Lewisburg Subway wouldn't fix subs when we arrived 15 minutes before closing tonight (Sunday Dec 29), so we called Fairlea and they told us they'd be happy to fix subs. Super awesome guy working. Made our night.

Good service, good food, and it's always clean. It's a convenient location too since it's on the Fairlea loop. They even do drive thru which helps if you don't want to leave your vehicle. Parking is easy and when leaving the lot, you can just circle around.

Subway in Fairlea wv has terrible customer service. We just walked in door and manager Lisa said it's gonna be little while we got 6 sandwiches in front of you. She was very rude about it in the way she said it. Her actions was terrible like she didn't want to be there and she didn't want us there se we left and we won't be returning anytime soon.

Sat in the drive-through for over 30 minutes behind one car. Decided to go inside, waited another 15 minutes, one guy working in the whole place on a Friday evening at 6:30pm . With another whole family in front of me decided to go to the Lewisburg location where there were 2 employees working and was in and out in 5 minutes.

Staff is absolutely terrible. Go through drive thru and three employees working on one walkin and noone acknowledged drive thru. Several people behind me left. Over 30 min wait before acknowledged. They need retrained on customer service. Some people are limited on time for lunch. A little acknowledgment can go far.
