this place has really went down hill. the girl who waited on us didn’t have gloves on and kept touching her face/neck then proceeded to serve us our food. and then she went into the lobby yelling and talking to herself. idk if she was cracked out or what. the food sucked. the chicken nuggets tasted like they weren’t cooked and the fries were over cooked. she also was vaping while handing out to go orders and customers in the lobby were talking about it

So last night we went to Wendy's to eat and it was absolutely disgusting being in there. So there is a red head boy taking orders that is rude as can be he needs sent home with his attitude. You hate your job, go home! We stood at the register for 20-30 minutes waiting for him to take our order because he had 2 door dash orders. If you can't handle 2+ orders food industry is not for you. I've worked in restaurants for years and ran plenty. I looked at the manager on duty about 4 times while standing and waiting she finally took our order. She had her hands full with them all but she was rude as well. We placed our very very small order and waited and waited for it. While waiting we got 10 fries in the container I asked for an actual fry! She said here's one for your wait. No honey here's one because that's what I paid for!!! I didn't pay for 10 fries. So we set there waiting and they are all doped up moving in slow motion. It's absolutely pathetic, put the dope down and work!! 1 boy out of 4 on the line touching food had gloves on, one boy blew his nose and I waited to see if he washed his hands after he didn't!!!! We sat down at the only clean table, drinks dumped in the floor for someone to get hurt, cups setting around trash everywhere!! We will NEVER eat there again and id advise everyone to watch when eating there! The place needs shut down or COMPLETELY redone because at this rate people going to catch diseases!!

It really sucks that Wendy’s food is my favorite in this part of town but they make it incredibly difficult to get it…It has been this way for years now and you cannot tell me it’s short staffed. There were at least 7 people in there and we waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes and went through twice before eventually leaving without everything we paid for. The night before the exact same thing happened to my son and his dad. I don’t know who manages this place but it needs a revamp. I only ever leave reviews when things are extraordinary but I have had countless terrible experiences at this Wendy’s.
I usually never have a problem or issues with this place but tonight’s was a terrible service terrible food and the way one of the night managers acted she completely did not even give the right food out food was disgusting and cold not even finished they were rude so i really not rating them I give it a zero especially night shift ……. But they were just upwright discussing and fries were not cooked all the way cold and salty……

Would give it zero stars if I could. There were three cars in the drive thru but waited over 20 minutes just to be told they don’t take Amex. A sign would have been super nice and stopped me from wasting time. Wendy’s has lost a customer for life.
