Save your time and just skip this location. More often than not your order will be wrong. They are always short staffed at this location and they make it your problem every time and get an attitude. This location will routinely close early. Last night I put in a mobile order to pickup on the way to work. Get there and of course they were closed. Finally got someone at the window and of course it was my fault that I put in a mobile order, they took my money, and they weren’t open. After going to work hungry last night I know I’m done trying to get dinner there. Taco Bell up the street can’t open fast enough, I’m sure they will actually be open late.

I had an amazing experience at the McDonald's in Sabraton, WV! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, getting my order out quickly even during a busy lunch rush. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. Those fries were perfect! The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Shoutout to the team for their great service and keeping the Sabraton community happy with those classic McDonald's flavors. I'll definitely be back!

Placed an order for delivery through DoorDash at 10:15pm, before their stated lobby close time of 11pm and far before their drive-thru close time of 1am. When the dasher arrived to the store at 11pm, all the lights were off and no person was manning the drive thru. When the dasher went to the window, the employees stared at him, and walked away completely ignoring him, and our repeated calls to the store to figure out what the deal was. Rude staff should be fired, go literally anywhere else to eat.

This mcd's has their stuff together every time I've been. 10/10 on that bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit every morning. Heck, I'd go so far as to say it gives Tudor's a run for its money. Bacon always crisp, biscuit always fluffy, egg cooked well, cheese nicely melted. When it hits, it hits. Great service and friendly employees.

Had to leave the drive thru because the person working in the morning of 07/17/2025 around 10:20AM, didn’t know how to do their job. First, tried using a mobile code and it “wasn’t working” but I refreshed the McDonald’s app 4x and it was the same code. I ended up getting my wife to use her code, and then it worked magically. Then, we get to the window, tell the lady we wanted to do a split car payment and suddenly “I just can’t do a split car payment” like what? I’ve been to other McDonald’s and their Point of Sales system does indeed allow multiple cards to be processed on one transaction. Terrible experience. Will not be back to this McDonald’s ever.

Gia, the manager on duty I presume, was awful. She was rude and impatient. There was not an ounce of good customer service offered. She then yelled at my mom and had an attitude; not realizing my mother had been skipped over twice in line. It was unacceptable. Will not be back.
