Was a bad experience all together the food was cold and the people rude . And while I waited for my food someone else had to speak to a manager because they forgot a part of there meal. Plus over half of these people giving it a good review work there

First off they gave us the wrong receipt, prompting much confusion. Food took a long time to get to us, they were not under staffed and it was not a rush they just dragged their feet. Food was cold when we did get it and they did not tell us they were out of the boo buckets until after they brought us the order and my wife asked why it was wrong. The girl that took the order and gave us our food said whatever while walking away. This is not the first time we have had similar bad experiences at this Mc Donald’s. I would avoid it and go down the road to the next one.

I got better then what I expected. It felt great to have a meal that was enjoyable. Like back in the day. Friendly service, hot food, food put together well. No mess, no fuss.

Kid-friendliness: McDonald's has always been a welcoming environment for children with staff interaction, toy options, happy meals, etc. This was always a place my family wanted to go to for any occasion!
Wheelchair accessibility: There are multiple accessible ramps for wheel chair usage at both entrances.
I will only eat at this McDonald’s. I drive from Parkersburg if my kiddos are craving some nuggets. The food is always fresh. Hot fries, hot nuggets, and I have never had a bad experience with their food or service. Everyone is always friendly.
