I never leave bad reviews but y’all need new management. Like why did I get an unfried chalupa? Why does my chicken taste like it’s been sitting there since 12? I feel robbed for every time in the last 3 months that I’ve gotten my fat self food.
I love the new craving menu....If you guys continue to offer good food for affordable prices I'm staying loyal!!

I love Taco Bell but the one in St.Mary's is a disaster . I'm better off driving to Marietta or Parkersburg. Poor food and management are not managing, they are letting the "employees " do whatever they want except their job.

To worried about being on their phones, burnt rice to the point of being inedible on all 3 things i ordered, this isnt a simple “mistake” this is carelessness, and a waste of my money, avoid this taco
Morning staff is on point very friendly and polite and quick. Their night shift seems to be getting better my wait time in the drivewmthru was not nearly as long as it used to be and better proportions.

They just threw my food together with absolutely nothing inside them. I get them all the way home and see how bad they were put together and they were supposed to be Supreme. None of them were right. I could take all 3 and make 1. What a waste of money. And we always like to taco bell. Just never again in st marys. Careless employees who cared more about leaning aginst the wall and texting.
