This places food is one of the worst I've ever been to by far! We live right down the street from it and so it's very convenient so we tend to go there the first few times we went they where busy we where like okay just give them a chance and every time we have been there it's like the food gets worse! And if you order on door dash and you get a chillie they don't have an option to get crackers with it on there and they never put crackers in the bag EVER I've ordered multiple times I mean when someone orders a chillie just put crackers with it! The food is always cold and so sloppy it's unreal the French fries are always cold and so salty I never eat my fries from there which is unlike me because I love there fries! The New Martinsville Wendy's blows this one clear out of the water I can't believe this one is still open honestly!

I dont have high expectations for fast food, but I just had the worst burger Ive probably ever eaten. Ordered 2JBC. The first one’s WRAPPER was cold to the touch. The bottom bun was recently thawed and thrown on the sandwich. The second one was also cold and inedible. Why would you give that to a customer? And the manager handled me my bag!

I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with this Wendy's as opposed to those I typically encounter in Pittsburgh. Everything in my order was correct, particularly substitutions and additions to sandwiches. Seems no matter which Wendy's in the Pittsburgh area I go to, by order is wrong. Go to this wendys and at 10 pm was told they are closed when it clearly says 11 pm guess they are just to lazy to serve people till closing and spend their last hour cleaning up so they can leave at 11 . I'm betting the manager has no idea .
