Great food however we sent our coworker over for an order and they ended up sending him back with wrong order. He goes back and they scream at him saying he needs to tell them specifically what order etc. I get ur stressed and it's overwhelming but you do not need to be so abrupt and rude when u can confirm as well with customers. This seems to be an ongoing issues lately other customers have said the same so we came here to explain mistakes happen but paying customers deserve respect.

The food is good but I called in to order and have the food delivered, but when I called, the guy on the phone hung up on me, I called again and got my order placed, he was rude and hung up again without telling me how long it would take to deliver the pizza. I do not recommend this restaurant. It has unfriendly services.

We order out from Bella’s almost weekly, we love it! Really delicious pizza, calzones, garlic knots, etc. An unexpected find in rural Wv, but a real gem! If you are looking for a classic NY style pizza spot, give this place a try!
