We went through tonight. I asked for a cup carrier . When I went to put the blizzard in, there was a live cockroach on the cup carrier crawling around! 😬🤢 Also my burger was completely squidhed in the bag.We have eaten here a ton but not anymore I can't!

So went to the salem dq step 3 2025 at 915 pm and the crew had everything shut down 45 mins early and the food I did get was I'd say what they didn't want to throw out plus i didn't get all my order cause they didn't have it but was charged although when I called today step 4th the Manger on duty did remake all of it for me at no charge so thanks to dayshift for saving the day

Friendly helpful staff and clean dining area. Outdoor seating and it's right off the North Bend bike trail.
Parking: Parking lot holds about 10 cars . There is a drive through.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible. Not sure if the restroom is ADA compliant.

Website needs updated went at 8:50 for a late pregnancy craving thinking they closed at 10 but doors were already locked and said they closed at 9 (which was still 10 min early) :(

I pulled in to a long line in the drive through. Slowly made my way up to make my order - three cars in front of me the girl on the mic welcomed me and said I’ll be right with you. No worries I said. I waited 10 mins while l three cars got served - I waited another 5 minutes - I honked my horn - I said hello into the speaker. There was a line of cars behind me. I pulled up to the window and asked if I could place my order and explained I’d be waiting a long time. The girl said the beeper never went off - I reminded her that she had welcomed me but never came back to get my order tj which she replied - what do you want. I gave my order - with a bit of a well deserved attitude - she gave me my price of $20.33 - a discount would have been nice along with an apology. I waited - got my food - got home and they messed up my order. We live in a rural area - I’m not going back to town. But I want the owner to know about this experience.

This place sucks bad. The food sucks the prices are out of control. But what makes these store the worst is they give you nothing for ur money. Not sure of the size so I'll make them up to illustrate. If u get a cookie and cream ice cream you get 2 scoops of cookies. This place only give you 1. On top of that you get less ice cream. And this only happens here at the Salem WV store. All the Queens around give you more. I received a cotton candy blizzard from them and it had just a touch of color just above plain vanilla. There cakes are the same way to. Ordered a cotton candy cake and they put FUDGE in between the layers. Really fudge. 99% of the time I'll travel further to get my DQ but I have kids and sometimes I have to eat the bullet when I'm out and give this rotten store money. My fault yes but I can let them know they rob people every day. Other DQ said the same thing that others come to them over Salem.
