Saw this new place in Salem so wanted to try it out. Loved the pineapple upside down cake. Had the BLT XL with an egg added plus onion rings. Everything was delicious. Loved the food plus pricing was affordable. Definitely will return.
Mindy’s has a home feeling, the food is awesome… if you get a chance you should check it out… good prices

Mindy’s Lil’ Diner was an absolute highlight on our road trip. The diner is a bit unassuming from the outside and not easy to spot, but the parking behind the house still makes it easily accessible. I ordered a double cheeseburger and was rightly warned about its impressive size. The meatballs were homemade and not convenience patties, which you could tell straight away from the taste. All special requests were fulfilled without any problems. The staff was extremely accommodating...
