Great place for a sub. The workers are nice and always try their absolute best. If your wanting a sub that you'll remember head on down to this subway. They place looks great as-well always clean and ready to serve.

I asked for a plain chicken bacon ranch. ONLY CHICKEN BACON AND RANCH!!! Absolutely abysmal. It was like 70% lettuce, and that's after we removed most of it. Not to mention the workers are so slow and rude. We ordered it online at around 5:45, and they said it'd be ready at 6:10, and we got there at around 6:25 and they hadn't even started making it yet. We didn't get our food until 6:40 just to be served this. Don't waste your hard earned money at this location. It's better to let it go out of business. Hope those workers get fired.

The service is slow but only because they are short handed at the moment but the food is amazing.
Lol this place never answers the phone, EVER. I honestly think they just unplug it sometimes. They’re extremely rude, one time I came here 30 minutes before close and they refused my service after driving 25 minutes to eat there. BY FAR the worse subway I have ever been to and their management could care less to fix it.

Horrible drive thru service. They act like you dont exist and make you sit there for at least 10-15 minutes before they even acknowledge you being there. Dont waste your time in drive thru. Drive to barboursville and get better service.
