Since the 1990's we have loved the Zappers salad. It has all the fixins that a pizza has minus the crust and sauce. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. The only thing I did not like is the amount of the ingredients that are put in the salad. It's about 1250 per large salad and it seems to have gotten a lot less on the ingredients(olives,bananna peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni, etc...).I am sure all the other food is good there but the salad was the thing that made me go there when I was in that area. Sadly, I don't think I will go back there. As I said, staff is friendly, service is great and they are quick but the salad just is not what it was when we got hooked on it.

If something is going to take 30 plus minutes when you walk in, you should communicate that to the customer. Whether is be dine in, carry out, or delivery.

Zappers has been one of my favorite places since they had the shop in uptown Beckley. Came in to town stopped in Zappers about 20 ish minutes before closing. There was nothing available but a salad. Talked to the ladies there very polite was happy my partner got to see Southern hospitality! Only dropped the ball by charging full price on both salads and that was all available. I actually wanted a pizza but got what I could!!!!

We still drive an hour and a half round trip to get this pizza despite having every major chain in our town. I don’t think much more needs to be said. It’s excellent.
