The fantastic staff is greatly complimented but the terrific food. I've tried several menu items and not a single one has disappointed. Make sure to try a piece of the Pineapple Dream Cake if you can catch it available. It is only beaten by the Pumpkin Praline Bread Pudding!

Atmosphere- 4 stars- just a small nondistinct building on the side of Rt73 (Benedum Drive) just between Fairmont and Saltwell road exit. It’s a small cafe with about three or four tables. Very clean and homey.
Service- 5 stars- locally owned and run. Super friendly and you can tell they take pride in their restaurant.
Food- 5 stars- Food is AWESOME!! They have a set menu of sandwiches, soups, salads and deserts. I have had several different meals here. I particularly love their daily specials. Something different everyday and it has always been delicious. So far I have tried the Cream Chicken over biscuits with mashed potatoes and green beans, Meatloaf and most recently Beef Stroganoff with cornbread and green beans. Not sure which one I liked best because they have all been incredibly good. I have also stopped here for breakfast and had a made to order breakfast sandwich and it was perfect. Can’t say enough about this place except don’t pass it by based on looks. Oh I almost forgot they always have hand dipped ice cream and an assortment of shakes. I haven’t tried these yet but they look great.
