Not a dine-in place. Seating very uninviting. Nobody manning indoor register. Food delivery slow took it to go since we had already been waiting. Fries soggy and cold. Double cheeseburger messy and tasteless.

Best coffee in the area. The food has gone downhill. I miss their great salads prepandemic. When my car was in the shop I used their delivery service. It is riddled with unnecessary charges. Small order fee !!!!????

Check your food before leaving. Asked for no lettuce on 2 mcchickens. Wife has severe allergic reaction. Drove a few miles and had to go back. Stood at counter several minutes before being waited on. No one was in front of me

I think that the Shinnston McDonald's needs to be cleaned! I also feel like they need to be retrained on how to serve food. I ended up with an upset stomach when I got the breakfast sausage Mcmuffin. I feel like they leave the food sit way too long, it is never fresh. When you ask for fresh fries they get irritated sometimes. It really isn't a friendly environment. The fact that they are allowed to have long nails there is also not very sanitary. Long nails spread a lot of germs and they touch food with them!! I feel like it definitely needs to be evaluated and cleaned up and fixed before people start getting really sick!! Heck in other countries the food is made fresh and never sits before served!! Bridgeport McDonald's is far better than Shinnston McDonald's and really it should be the same!! We also got the breakfast burrito meal that day and the hash brown was cold!!
Can we please just start saying “we shut the ice cream machine off and don’t care that you want something from it” instead of saying “it’s broke”!!!!! I’m gonna come inside and fix your ice cream machine from now on if you say it’s broke!!!!!!

I only stopped here for the restroom and completely debated if I would order food after walking in. It's dirty. I have never been to a dirtier restaurant than this one. ALL of the floors were sticky and dirty with shoe prints everywhere. The lids dispenser was dirty underneath where the lids sit. But there were wet floor signs up too. On top of that upon opening my burger paper there is a piece of hair under the fold that looks like pet hair. Management should take proper precautions in keeping the restaurant presentable as well as ensuring employees are presentable. Take a day and thoroughly clean your establishment.
