Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House

Stopped on a trip through Sissonville to visit family. Food was delicious. Price was reasonable and Dustin at the counter was awesome. 0

We called in a to-go order. The guy on the phone was nice, too the other and said it would be 30 minutes. My husband went to pick up our order and they had lost it. They were very apologetic, remade our order, and added a free large pizza to our order. It had been years since we had had Gino's, due to living out of state. Although, they did have to redo our order, they were very nice and the food was better than ever! Thanks Gino's in Sissionville.

Dont try to call and place an order they don't answer, I even sat in the parking lot called and watched them not even attempt to pick up the phone

We haven't ate at this location for about a year because of the service and prices. We decided to give it a try tonight, since it is a local business. After 30 minutes of trying to call my husband gave up. I pulled up to the drive thru window (before I got his message to just get him Wendy's) and sat there for a long time. Phone ringing off the hook, no one acknowledged me at the window. Good thing I checked my phone and went somewhere else. Now I remember why we stopped going here. Why has this location gotten so bad? What has changed?

Place has really gone down hill in the last year. Every time I try to call nobody to answer the phone.

I ordered 2 steak and cheese. 1 plain and 1 just the way you fix it. I ended up with a piece of meat on both sandwiches and a tablespoon of cheese on one and all the wrong toppings on the other. I called the manager and she said they have two steak and cheese sandwiches and it was my fault for not ordering the right ones. It cost me $27. For that amount I could have ordered from a real restaurant. I will never go back. Also the manager hung up on me.

I don't understand how a business can function and operate properly if no one answers a phone, and if they cannot get an order correctly. Previous reviews are the perfect testament to how this establishment is on a road to failure if things do not improve, because a business CANNOT function and operate properly if the employees cannot answer a phone or get the order right. The first time I received everything I ordered but a pizza and breadsticks, so I had to return. I let it slide, even though they apologized for 'leaving it on top of the oven.' The second time, my $40 order was made incorrectly, though they didn't hesitate to obviously charge me full price for the extras I ordered. Instead, the meal didn't come with those extras but it DID include everything I said I did NOT want on it. What's the criteria for working at this Gino's location? Be above the age of 3 and below the age of 10? Get it together.

My husband & I ordered a calzone each & they were swimming in grease! We had to put paper towels down in the box, over their wax paper and they were still greasy messes. The grease was coming out on the bottom of the box too. The calzones taste good, we just can't handle all of that grease. If it was t for that, I'd definitely give them a 4 or 5 star.

Parking: Parking was super crowded and small. Only a few spaces to park in.

My wide and I absolutely love Gino's Pizza but this makes it twice now we would call and order pizza for carry out and would have to wait even longer for our food bc they had to remake it bc they didn't know where our food went. How do u continuesly lose our food??

Order on line, because coudnt get anyone to answer the phone. It said online it would be done at 6:29 -6:39. Got there at 6:40 . Told me that it wasnt ready come back in 20 mins. Got there and they want me to drive around because wasnt ready said it would be another 5 mins. I said that i would wait there. The girl with red hair got mad . Manger came out she wanted me to drive around . I told her I would wait. She told me that I was holding everyone up behind me. I said that that may twice I had been there. The red hair girl kept coming back to the window with attitude . We spent over 40 dollars there ., I wont be back . They blamed it on ordering on line. I order online with other places always on time.

Ordered 1. 6inch 1. 12 inch Sicilian 1 frie . The amount was 27 dollars which is crazy. They had no oinion no black olives no dressing on them. At that price and service we won't be back.
