I stayed at Elk River Inn during a trip to the area for a marathon. There were options to stay closer to town in which the marathon, but from everything I heard from the other runners, I made the right choice in staying here. It was quiet, great Wifi coverage, and provided an INCREDIBLE view of the night sky and stars. The room was both comfortable and spacious, and I appreciated that refrigerator space was made available to guests.

We had a wonderful stay during our recent weekend ski getaway. The room was warm and cozy, and in convenient location to the mountain. The daily breakfast was wonderful and the hosts were responsive to our questions and needs. We loved our visit and will definitely stay again!

We have stayed at the Meadow rooms for multiple trips over two ski seasons and have always been very happy with our stays. The rooms are comfortable and very spacious, with satellite TV. The water pressure and temperature have always been good, and it's very easy to find with ample parking. The drive up to snowshoe is very easy and it's nice having a gas station and food within a minute or two drive. The stays included a hot breakfast at their Inn a couple minutes down...
