Good food most of the time. Sometimes, the fries are unsalted or a touch stale and the breakfast burritos are usually reheated and rubbery. Burgers are normally good. As for service they are usually very nice, but get drive through orders wrong causing us to swing back around. Not a bad store, just needs some tweaking.

Dirtiest McDonalds I’ve ever been in. Bathroom was disgusting and they were not busy, just filled with a bunch of lazy workers who can’t refill straws, stock items or clean the floors. Owner/manager needs to fix this.

Buns are dry as dust and the fries taste like cardboard but the worst part is that they are so cheap they can't even offer the 30 cent pup-cup of whipped cream for dogs, that alone caused me not to visit the Smithers restaurant ever again. The people that work there are awesome, friendly and professional but the management are not people friendly

Truly the dumbest mcdonalds I ever been to! They never have ANY of the advertisements such as the cups and the crocs. They have the poster but don't ever have the item! Extremely rude group of workers ever. Then when you ask about the items they look at you like you got 10 heads. SAVE the headache and go to Belle!

Very slow service all of the time. They never seem to know what’s going on and they have a knack for ignoring customers waiting to order. Certain shifts seem to function better than others at times… Orders constantly being messed up as people come in from drive through to complain.
