Dirtiest McDonalds I’ve ever been in. Bathroom was disgusting and they were not busy, just filled with a bunch of lazy workers who can’t refill straws, stock items or clean the floors. Owner/manager needs to fix this.

21 minutes. Twenty one minutes I waited, on a non busy day, to get 2 burgers, a cold fry, and a drink. I even ordered ahead on the mobile app. Parked in a pickup spot. 21 minutes later...

Buns are dry as dust and the fries taste like cardboard but the worst part is that they are so cheap they can't even offer the 30 cent pup-cup of whipped cream for dogs, that alone caused me not to visit the Smithers restaurant ever again. The people that work there are awesome, friendly and professional but the management are not people friendly

Truly the dumbest mcdonalds I ever been to! They never have ANY of the advertisements such as the cups and the crocs. They have the poster but don't ever have the item! Extremely rude group of workers ever. Then when you ask about the items they look at you like you got 10 heads. SAVE the headache and go to Belle!

Very slow service all of the time. They never seem to know what’s going on and they have a knack for ignoring customers waiting to order. Certain shifts seem to function better than others at times… Orders constantly being messed up as people come in from drive through to complain.

We drove through and order two of thr five dollar lunch bags. The drive through order taker was patient with us since we hadn't ordered before and asked the options. We got to the first window and the employee asked if we wanted the receipt, we said yes, and then they proceeded to tear up the receipt in front of us. We were a bit taken aback vy this and drove up to the second d Window the employee didn't say anything and just handed the bags to us. The nuggets tasted great, the spicy mchucjen eas good, drinks were not watered down, but the customer service from the employees were a bit lacking except for the drive through order taker. The oreo cookie pie tasted kind of bland though.
