Buns are dry as dust and the fries taste like cardboard but the worst part is that they are so cheap they can't even offer the 30 cent pup-cup of whipped cream for dogs, that alone caused me not to visit the Smithers restaurant ever again. The people that work there are awesome, friendly and professional but the management are not people friendly

We drove through and order two of thr five dollar lunch bags. The drive through order taker was patient with us since we hadn't ordered before and asked the options. We got to the first window and the employee asked if we wanted the receipt, we said yes, and then they proceeded to tear up the receipt in front of us. We were a bit taken aback vy this and drove up to the second d Window the employee didn't say anything and just handed the bags to us. The nuggets tasted...

I ordered 2 regular hamburgers, what I received was 2 hamburgers without ketchup and mustard. They did get my wife's fish sandwich correct without cheese. The lady in the drive thru was extremely nice though.

Parking: Parking is available all the way around the building with handicap access ♿ right beside the door.
