We purchased 2 flavors of chicken wings and a large pan pizza. Our pizza was good but we were highly disappointed in the wings. The sauce was really weird for the buffalo wing sauce. It was sticky for starters. Butter and hot sauce isn't supposed to be sticky. Greasy, yes. But not sticky like there is honey in it. I ate 2 and couldn't eat the rest. My husband got honey BBQ and said his wasn't as good as usual. I dont know what happen that night. They did just remodel and the building looks nice. The server at the window was very nice also.

Pizza Hut in Smithers, WV never disappoints. Their pepperoni pizza is always hot, cheesy, and loaded with flavor. The crust has just the right amount of crisp on the outside while staying soft inside. Every bite is exactly what you hope for when you order from Pizza Hut.
The breadsticks are just as good: perfectly seasoned, warm, and soft. The garlic sauce that comes with them takes it to the next level, adding a rich, buttery flavor that makes it hard to stop eating. Combined with friendly service and consistent quality, this location has definitely earned five stars from me.

One benefit to a chain is that it is predictable. The pizza I ordered was nothing fancy, but was nicely done. Definitely on the better end of what I would expect at a Pizza Hut. Where this place really shines is the staff. I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a great suggestion to fit what I was after. The fryer went down before they could complete my order. They apologized and offered a wonderful alternative that was even better than my original order. I listened as they quickly called each customer who had an order impacted and offered alternatives or to cancel so that no one came to get an order and was surprised. Well handled! Things in life don't always run smoothly and how they handled it showed a dedication to their customers that many places seem to have forgotten.

Always a great pizza they should be proud of Smithers Pizza Hut. I have ordered at least 60 pies in the last year or so and every pizza perfectly cooked and exactly what I ordered. In the past 5 years I have ordered hundreds of pizzas and never did they make a mistake with my order and pizza was always cooked to perfection. I have not received any pizza that was not right or undercooked. Always the perfect pizza always. They do great work they have a great team.
Parking: Never have I had to look for a place to park always within 100ft of front door. Always.
