Very poor service. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or just unorganized, but my experience was terrible. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 8:30 PM. When I arrived at 8:40, my food was marked as “ready” in the app—but it wasn’t.

There was no one at the counter, and the store was empty, so I had to wait another 10+ minutes before finally calling the store just to get someone’s attention. When I finally got my food, they forgot my drink.

I live 15 minutes away and called the store 3-4 times after getting home, but no one answered. So, I had to drive all the way back. When I asked why no one picked up, the employee casually said, “Oh, I was out smoking,” with zero apology.

By the time I actually got everything I ordered, my food was cold. Horrible experience—I won’t be coming back.

My son asked me to pick up a footlong from Subway to eat after practice. I got one of those exclusive offers for any sub for $6.99. I started trying to order online at 6:30pm. With regular online orders not going through, I downloaded the app. No cards were working and believe me, I have money in the bank. ?‍♀️ Finally, at 8pm, I headed over to order in person because the coupon clearly stated, "For in-store orders, present coupon prior to ordering." She said she couldn't take the coupon because there was no code. I pulled up the coupon and showed her. She said she just took an online order before me. I showed her my phone and tried to place the order again. It didn't work. She told me to restart my phone. Then, she told me that I better hurry because they stop accepting orders at 8:30pm. After my phone came back on, I tried to order two more times. I showed her it wasn't working. I told her that I'm going to go to Taco Bell or McDonald's if I couldn't do my order at Subway. She said she couldn't take my order. I'm done. That is absolutely ridiculous. I'll see you in a few, McDonald's!!!

The young lady that made my sandwich was very nice and helpful and friendly...if she sees this you were right about the Buffalo sauce,it was great!

This place is completely ridiculous. I walked in, and the lady at the front counter said oh my gosh you have a customer. I ignored it and proceeded to the counter. I asked if I could buy a couple loaves of their bread she said no I was like so I can’t buy a couple loaves of your bread And she said no sandwiches only with which left me completely baffled because I love the subway bread I just didn’t want you all to make a sandwich. I wanted to make my own sandwich on Subway bread I’m sure there is a button that says just Bread they can make so much money off of just selling bread Goodness I just wanted some good bread to make a chicken Philly cheesesteak without all the preservatives. Oh yes, well I was walking out the door. I heard them making fun of me. Great service wonderful workers.
