I love taco bell but we only have one in/near smithers and speed of service is not top priority. Food is good, customer service is needing great attention though. They use the kiosk instead of taking orders and are to busy with drive through to help in store customers.

We have given this taco bell chance after chance but our food is always soggy and cold, the order is never complete, they forget our sauce every single time. I worked for Taco Bell and know how it should be and this location can't seem to get it right. We will not be back.

Everytime I ask for my fiesta potatoes to be fresh the heavy set manager always butts in and trys to force me to take what they have he says they are fresh so I take them and Everytime they are cold and hard very lazy will not order them again I work fast food if a customer ask me for something fresh best believe I'm doing because I actually value the customer I believe the manager name is tommy very poor service

I used the Taco Bell app for the first time and it was very simple. The food was hot and delicious. The staff very friendly.
Man, it was late. The place feels sketchy. I'm mad my husband had to go in 3 separate times to try and fix food just to get back and it was still wrong. Food we were picking up for my brother-in-law. Makes us look like fools and I don't like that.
I'm usually easy to please but I'm so displeased, I'll spare the details to try and suffocate my snarky attitude.

I stopped eating at this Taco Bell on 11/23 because I got 2 #6 value meals with steak in November 2 seperate times they were so salty you couldn't eat it. On 1/30/24 I decided to give it another go and they barely put any steak on my Steak Chalupa that I payed an upcharge to get the steak. The other Chalupa the steak was dry and the taco was stale on both as well. I will not eat here for the foreseeable future

These guys are always awesome! I've never dreaded picking up from here, not once! There are times I've had to wait a little longer than I'd like but not due to anything other than it being busy. Keep up the good work TB!
