Absolutely not worth the money or the time. Each course took a ridiculously long time to arrive. We were long since finished with the appetizer and the soup before we got our steaks. Each of our 4 steaks was overcooked, ordered medium rare and received medium at best, if not medium well. Yes, I know you can send it back, but one overcooked steak is a mistake, 4 overcooked steaks means one of two things - either the kitchen doesn't know how to cook the steak, or they let it sit under a heat lamp for way too long. Neither of these is acceptable given the overpriced steak cuts. No the place was not busy, we were one of two groups at the bar and there were two other tables. The bartender nearly surgically measured the pours for the mixed drink, very off putting. A double drink order was charged as two single pours. I suggest you believe the low rating, clearly other people are just as dissatisfied as our party was. I wish I had seen the ratings before going in, a high priced resort steakhouse should be better, and at least know how to handle the expensive cuts of meat

My friends and I enjoyed a nice dinner here on the last day of our trip. We tried the NY strip, Filet, tomahawk, and the scallops. Everything was great. Not the best steak we have ever had, but still very good! We decided we would pass on the tomahawk next time for one of the other cuts. All of the sides were amazing. The desserts were fantastic and made in house fresh every day. Our sever, Julie, was the highlight of the evening. She was very attentive, super friendly, and just provided a great experience overall.

I wouldn't say it was bad but probably won't go back. We knew it would be an expensive meal but it's not really worth it. Scallops were about the size of a quarter. A double Buffalo Trace bourbon was $30 a pop. None of the food wowed us. We expected smaller portions and high prices but we also expected really good food.

The food was fine. Our entrees came out before our appetizer came out.. Waiter was nice enough but seemed overwhelmed. The food tasted good. But wasn't a great deal or portion size. Best part of the experience was being able to make a reservation.

On the website they said if you dine before 6:00 you save 20% on food- this was not reflected on our bill- we did not mention it so apparently it is not automatically reduced from your bill- just be aware!

Men's restroom smelled like a urinal! Sat at bar for 15 minutes and never saw a bartender. I asked the manager if there was a bartender on staff, it was told to chill out, but she was extremely busy and would be with me at some point. Or a restaurant is only going to be ran, as well as the general manager manages his staff! Apparently telling a customer to chill out it's OK! Waiting for a drink for 15 minutes is not OK! This restaurant is poorly ran! I received better service from a dive bar next door! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Was expecting a little more from a $500 meal. They sat us right next to the front door in a blizzard when half the restaurant was empty. The food was good but not great. The service was wonderful. Our server was very nice and attentive to our needs.

After a week on the slopes, we decided to have our final dinner at 10 prime.
This establishment had an upper class feel with a mountain side vibe. The host greeted us right away and sat us at our table immediately. The staff was really friendly and service at the table was on point. We didn't have to wait long for our orders or refills.
As soon as they seated us, we were served bread and butter and ice cold water. The bread had a unique flavor that can't be found anywhere else.
For our starters, we split the seared scallops with bacon jam and hollandaise sauce. This beats any bacon wrapped scallops we've had in the past. Each bite melted in your mouth and was full of flavor. We also split the lobster bisque soup. There was plenty of lobster and each bite had our taste buds wanting more.
For the main dishes, we had the sea bass and 16 ounce ribeye. For being this far inland, we've never had sea bass that tasted that good. The steak was cooked to perfection at a medium rare and each bite dissolved in your mouth with tons of flavor.
To finish the night off, we split the bosque cheesecake with a cherry sauce and roasted pistachios. I've never had this combo but I would absolutely order it again.
We left with our bellies full and ready to relax for the rest of the evening. Some complain about the price, but for it's location and taste, it's not out of line.
Expect to pay $30-$60 per plate unless you order the 32 ounce tomahawk, for two. That one clears a hundred easily.
We were extremely satisfied with our dining experience and will be returning in the future. Definitely a highly recommendation.

My husband and I came here twice on our Snowshoe stay because we were super impressed with the food, drinks, atmosphere, & waitresses/service! The food was excellent! We do not have any negative comments about our dining experiences here. We came on a Thursday and Friday & were able to sit at the bar area on Friday night since they had no reservations left. We will definitely be coming back when we visit Snowshoe again! Satarah & Cassie were excellent waitresses/bartenders. Thanks so much for the great service!

Don't listen to the bad reviews. At worst, if it's a Friday or Saturday night they may be busy and run a little behind.. but we went on a Thursday and it was spectacular. Great food and great service, the Manager even came by to check on us and his server Satara. Drink was strong!

Staff was not attentive. We had a reservation and still waited 20 minutes for our table. Waiter barely checked on us. They gave my pregnant wife a rare steak when we asked for medium. The waiter came back an hour later to check on us and did little to help. When we brought it to their attention he commented about how he would have brought it back to cook more, yet he never came by to check on us after dropping off the food in the first place. It was just very disappointing all together. Especially being there for 2 hours, and being the last table to leave.

quality food. Ribeye, lentil soup, shrimp was okay, lobster had a very good chimychuri on it. Bread was good, manhattan drink was good and strong.

Was hoping for a little better experience for a $500 meal. Extremely cold with 30-40 mph winds and we were sat right next to the front door when the restaurant was empty, Pretty disappointed with that. The food was decent, not great. Our server was great! She was very nice, informative and attentive to our needs.

Service was very slow, the entire restaurant seemed under staffed. It took a very long time for our main course to come out and when it did my steak was completely cold and the side dish incorrect. We were seated near the kitchen and could see how long some dishes were waiting for a server to take it to the table. The side I was served came in a covered dish, so I did not know it was not what I ordered until after the server left. By the time anyone came back to check on our table I was mostly finished with my steak and would not have been worth the wait for the correct side dish to come out. The quality of the steak did not match the pricing. Reading other reviews it sounds like this was just a bad night service wise, but I could get a better steak from Costco and cook it myself. The lil burgers appetizer was good as well as the fingerling potatoes side, but otherwise a disappointing and overpriced meal. Unfortunately we will not be back.
