Terrible experience with Appalachia Kitchen. My wife absolutely loves the place so we always try to make a point to go there. We booked our trip about 2 weeks ago and they were already booked up so we signed up to go on the waitlist for the 30th and the 31st. Yesterday, (30th) we got a message at 8:41 pm telling us they had an opening available for 7:00 (an hour and 41 minutes prior). Worst. The Worst. I don’t know if I have words to describe the inadequacy and garbage of this restaurant. Paid 220 for a meal, Nothing was ever served hot. The entrees were made earlier in the day/s and when we told the waitress everything was COLD she said, ahh I guess they didn’t turn the warmers on.
