This place was nice, the Aranchini was amazing but the Trout was just ok. The Pasta that came with the Trout tasted very fishy and for $50 it was disappointing. That said I think it is the best place at Snowshoe to get high quality food.
A pretty restaurant that is well staffed, but we were disappointed overall by the food and the price. I'm willing to pay a premium at a resort, but I was disappointed by how much the items cost for what we got. In the winter, I understand that greens may be substituted for available greens (in this case kale) on a salad, but the radish salad lacked flavor, had two pieces of blood orange, and had little to no dressing. Time to review after 10 or so visits. Probably the best overall restaurant on the mountain. Good cocktails, delicious food, great service. Menu switches up by season and it's creative. Yes it's a bit expensive. Yes it would probably be 10-15 dollars cheaper in your home town. It costs money to haul stuff up this hill and make food from scratch. It's worth the visit. Treat yourself while you're at Snowshoe!
