went and got our food last Saturday so 07/12. they forgot an entire meal and even worse the shells were completely stale. it was really nasty. we found a hair in the potatoes as well. only a few hours later we had horrible diarrhea and became extremely sick. typically Taco Bell always gives you diarrhea but this was different. I was soooo sick as was the rest of my family. I will never return here ever again

Stood inside waiting on 2 chicken quesadilla and a Baja blast for 15+ minutes. There were 5 employees just chillin while 1 did the work. No cars in the drive through, no people in the store

Ordered a chicken cantina bowl and received barely any chicken and the scrapings off of the bean pot. The beans were literally what was burnt and scraped out of the pot. Shameful. Also, nobody would answer when I called to complain.

I eat at Taco Bell frequently...Burrito Supreme. This Taco Bell is the absolute best!!
I ordered through the Drive-Thru and it was a 10+ experience.
The young lady that took my order was polite, efficient and thorough. At the window, she repeated my order, asked if I needed anything else---which I did.
I asked for Diablo Sauce, napkins, and a fork. When she handed me the bag, she said " Everything is in the bag." AND, IT WAS!
Best of all, the Burrito Supreme was "fat", the lettuce was crisp and fresh. lots of tomatoes! The BEST Burrito I have ever had from Taco Bell

Terrible experience, idc if I come at 11am or 11pm Lester square should always serve food that is good , it’s ridiculous you spend almost 6 dollars on a taco that just has meat and cheese , when you ordered a supreme not only was smashed tf up like someone stomped on it before giving it to me , my potato’s was hard and old , y’all either need to get it together or just shut this Taco Bell down because it will no longer get any of my money

We recieved a 4" grilled stuffed burrito for the 6th time. Management is useless. Do not eat here or you will be ripped off. Its sad you cant post pictures here.
