I stayed in Spencer for a bit, and boy. If you haven't had the coffee at Backwood Ramblings, you're missing out. The coffee is excellent. No bitterness at all, just smooth texture and delicious flavor. Their specialty lattes are my jam. I tried a different one every time I came by, and they were all amazing. (By way of comparison, I got an equivalent latte in Pittsburgh and tossed the entire thing after one drink. Bitter, nasty. Backwood Ramblings put them to shame.)...
Had a lovely breakfast at Backwood Ramblings, loved that they opened early at 7 and saved us a fast food stop. Wonderfully comfortable and clean, the staff was most attentive and friendly. Best latte in town! They also have a very nice collection of Amish goods and Reading Sodas. I will definitely be returning for their lunch menu! We ordered the western breakfast sandwich- perfectly spicy and hearty. Thank you Backwood Ramblings for such a great start to our day!
I love this place! Everything they have is amazing!!!! From the coffee, any kind of drink you can think of, food, deserts, baked goods, just all so good!!!! I especially love the pizza! 🥰💓 Everyone that works there is so kind and helpful!
