If I could I'd give this joint a 0 star rating, and I'm an employee. Do not work here if you don't have to, toxic coworkers are here. They will lie about you, yell at you, and bully you.
Place is not clean. I spent two hours cleaning the lobby from 8-10pm one night bc nobody had done it all day. Women's bathroom is almost always broken in both stalls bc they half ass fix the flushers.
Service is so slow because they want to talk constantly, not because your fries aren't done or the mcflurry machine is being cleaned. Just literally because they want to gossip.
They do not look at the orders before making them, just make them then wonder why customers come back in and complain they got the wrong order and try to deny the person a refund.
Ordered thru DD on 6/24 and had a big Mac with Xtra pickle on the order and they gave me Xtra Mac sauce instead.
Atmosphere is extremely tense all the time. I do not recommend bringing children here as some of the staff get very short with everyone.
Repeat, do not order food from here or work here if you don't have to.

Online shows the restaurant is open until midnight and I placed a mobile order to pick up at 11:15 pm. When I arrived an employee came out and told me they were already closed.

Order completely wrong. From beginning. Got home missing my mcdouble and lg fry. Buying drove back up there told them they gave me 2 40 piece nugget o ly ordered one. I ordered Double quarter pounder / cheese i got a quarter pounder no cheese and missing the 2 quarter pounder with cheese completly. Manger said she corrected apologized. I get home both burgers were only quarter pounder. I paid for 2 doubles one was a meal. The saddest part i hat to pull around and wait on food and they still got it wrong.

I have been to this location 3 separate times and each time they have managed to mess up my order. This last order I placed thru their app and customized it with no onions. When I got to the store it’s self the food was still not ready so I asked them to make sure it has no onions on the burgers please and they said no problem. When I checked my burgers it was loaded with onions. Even after removing the onions from the food the taste was so strong the food was not edible. I contacted the McDonald’s thru their app sending a email and all they say is sorry we will try to do better next time. I will not be visiting this location anymore since they can’t follow simple instructions.

I order a crispy chicken sandwich and a medium fry. The fries were great the sandwich looked burnt had no condiments on it. I took 2 bites first one was dry and tasted burnt 2nd one tasted old and burnt I was more then hafe way home so was not going to drive the 20 minutes back to them I would not recommend to anyone to eat there. The employees were friendly though
