We had said once before WE were NEVER coming back !!! And we should of listen to our gut !! Our sons hamburger just barely moved the bun ....Definitely NOT like the poster they avertise ,,,BIG JOKE !!! For the price YOU pay !!! I ordered the bacon - cheese fries ....They were ( cold ) and had ONE piece of bacon on them and HARDLY any cheese ...I took them back up and asked the Lady would ( she ) eat them ? Her response was YES !! I said REALLY ? They are cold !! Which she did go back and make more...And my husband Chilli , which he said was normally good , tasted like it was watered down !!! So just the sum it up ...The FOOD was AWFUL 😖 And WE will NOT go back !!!

My fiance and I traveled into Spencer from Richmond VA for the night on Saturday September 13, 2025 and ordered through the drive through around 8pm. The staff was very polite and cheerful. I am writing this review because the quality and freshness of the food was the best I can remember. The burger was amazing and exactly as displayed in the advertisement pictures. The fries were warm, and the bread was fresh. Altogether, excellent experience. Spencer is a great town with good people and service. Thank you.

I placed a mobile order asking for a BLT crispy chicken among other things. It was made missing the BLT and cheese part of the sandwich. I took it back and instead of giving me a new sandwich they just added some of the missing toppings. Thinking it is fixed I walk out but something told me to check before leaving the lot and sure enough there was no bacon or cheese. I take it back in and I am told it is a new guy. But again a new sandwich is not made they just added the missing toppings. And how do I know because it was wrapped up in the paper that had my original order sticker.
